  1. mariposa! you're coming, that's brilliant! i think everything is going to be great! well, if it doesn't rain. i finally decided on an outfit 2 days ago, but it's supposed to be warm and sunny, well at least warm and dry, so i can wear it. with all that clown talking recently, i decided i'd put together a really colourful clown-like outfit. it'll be a mixture between something like this and a normal clown, a bit like the above, but just in colourful. i certainly won't put that much colour in my face though, but the bit i need around my eyes and on my lips will be gone when it's raining. plus, i'd be freezing in my sleeveless top and short skirt. arrgh, and again, i don't know what to do. rely on ioana's prediction (my weather forecast still says 16 degrees and 90% risk of rain) and just go on as planned, or look for a warm and waterproof alternative. well, i guess i'll try to find a compromise for my outfit and look for a way it can work also in cold and rainy weather.
  2. yup, ioana will prevent you from going to the venue at 5 am!
  3. if you have a prepaid card, you might need to activate roaming (ask your provider), but with a normal contract it should work. about the room, i'm really tempted by your fluttering eyelids, but our room can't be cancelled anymore without a lot of costs. besides, as much as i'd love to stay with you guys, a private room together with my bf certainly has some advantages too...
  4. that's a good idea. and will be especially good for the paris gig...
  5. i was wondering, do some of you want to meet up on sunday or monday, like for sightseeing or for having a drink together? like, a bar on sunday and/or dinner on monday?
  6. do i have to understand why they're sending out an e-mail with the info that you have to register for getting e-mails to be able to win the tickets? do they want you to register with 2 e-mail-addresses, or with the same twice? makes absolutely no sense to me.
  7. i don't like grapefruit either, and i don't like bjork - but i want this mail!
  8. i didn't get the grapefruit mail either.
  9. thanx for posting and translating. btw, it's also on the elle website: http://www.elle.fr/elle/people/la-vie-des-people/interviews/mika-le-show-bouillant/(gid)/663949/(article)/663953 about ioana's question, i think he'd be stupid to use this stuff only this one time in paris and then never again! i'm sure he'll bring some of it to amsterdam too - but probably not everything, if the paris stage is bigger than the amsterdam one. well, he'd better bring along as much as possible! btw, why do all the dvd's get filmed in paris? ok i think i got who gave mika the star bracelet... - but who gave him the heart bracelet? he's had that for ages, and in the text it says it's a fan present...
  10. it's what you get when you google "sexy clown" definitely has to be more colourful for me. i'd look like a ghost in that one.
  11. i think it said 15.000 on ticketmaster. found sth concerning my last post...
  12. let's see... wh*res in the crowd, a circus on stage... i guess i should go for a clown-wh*re-costume.
  13. i know. but i'm bored and wanted to write something.
  14. another weather forecast - same website, totally different from one week ago - and let's hope it changes again (it's still 7 days, so the chances are good...)! 14-18 degrees, 90% risk of rain in the morning and afternoon, 45% in the evening... http://de.beta.wetter.com/wetter_aktuell/wettervorhersage/wettervorhersage_details/?id=NL0NH0013&d=7&prev=16days i still don't know what to wear.
  15. weather forecast for the concert day: 15-23 degrees, only few clouds but 30% risk of slight rain in the afternoon: http://de.beta.wetter.com/wetter_aktuell/wettervorhersage/wettervorhersage_details/?id=NL0NH0013&d=13&prev=16days will probably change 5x until then, but so far it looks ok. and btw:
  16. shouldn't be hard in amsterdam.
  17. well, let's hope we are! *looks at the 85 RSVP'd yes on the list*...
  18. i thought we already had agreed to arriving at the venue not too early?! guys please don't be crazy, it's enough to start queuing at about 10, it doesn't have to be 5 in the morning! i for myself can definitely say that i won't be there THAT early! even if that means only 2nd or 3rd row, which i don't really like, but my sleep is precious to me. i hate being so tired at a concert, cause a) i look tired = awful and b) i feel tired, so i can't enjoy the show as much as i would if i wasn't tired. so i'll sleep without an alarm clock, and when i wake up, i'll have breakfast and go to the venue. judging from the time when i normally wake up, this should be around 10.
  19. ircazo, don't be so negative! he won't cancel cause a) it's his own concert, not a festival, and b) it's only the 4th show of the tour, so the chances are good he's not ill by then.
  20. yup, noticed that too - so i can OFFICIALLY come now.
  21. i'll decide a few days in advance, when i heard the weather forecast. i have some masks and stuff, but it's all with feathers (who would've thought... ), so it's not good for hot weather cause will get sweaty and not for rainy weather cause will get wet. so actually, i have no idea what to wear. maybe for sunny weather just a colourful summerdress with some fluff stuff on my head. oh no freddie, what a shame - again no partying with you. that's right, we don't have fancy dress shops like in the uk... but online you'll find everything, just google what you want. for example: http://www.google.de/search?client=opera&rls=de&q=per%C3%BCcke+lila&sourceid=opera&ie=utf-8&oe=utf-8&lr=lang_de
  22. already said it on the chat yesterday, but will say it again here, how happy i am about mikas statement. - thanx mika!
  23. hm, does that mean now that i can read the mind of curly haired people?
  24. cool, i've only just realized that this thread has reached part 3! yay! (haha, this smiley is called "boing"! )
