I actually really like Storm in a Teacup. It has a nice ring to it. And Life in a Box of Crayons made me think of a similar title... The Brightest Crayon in the Box. Because he is.

Hmmm, yeah that wasn't what I was expecting. Chess pieces? Well...okay. Maybe it'll make more sense after I read the book. And I actually don't own a copy of Eclipse yet, so I'm going to buy the special edition on the 31st. I work in a bookstore, and we're having a Breaking Dawn party. A costume contest, neck (not face) painting , and of course staying open 'til midnight so people can buy the book as soon as possible. Yeah, I'll definitely be at home reading it the next day.

Just have to say it's cool to see what everyone is listening to. Makes me want to open my iTunes and listen to some songs I haven't heard of before. Currently, I'm listening to "Shine" by Anna Nalick.

Haha, yes of course! Mika is so amazing he not only ruins single women's hopes of a love life, but marriages and other celebrity obsessions. We love you, Mika! Yeah, Mika seems to be unimpressed with them. He's wishing for his fans to be there instead, I'm sure. No, I love them. And him.

I also had a necklace when I was 4 that matched his heart bracelet perfectly. I even wore it in my preschool school picture. Too bad I don't have it anymore.

Yay, another "Erase" fan! I have many Mika moments, but I really had a moment today where I had to accept the fact that no matter how hard I try to think of him as "normal", he's absolutely incredible. From looks to talent he's got it all. *sigh* No wonder my love-life is non-existent. When I subconsciously compare every guy to Mika, I'm bound to be forever disappointed. He stands out in more ways than one!

That song is so underappreciated. I like it! (Then again, I haven't found a Mika song I don't like.) Which is why I'm SOOO happy he won Songwriter of the Year! Even though I'm a biased fan who thinks anything he does is amazing, I can step out of my fandom and still see that he is above and beyond anyone else out there. He truly is the best songwriter I've found, which is why no album has affected me like LICM has. Yay, Mika!!! And on a similar topic, he is breathtakingly gorgeous. I try not to be over-obsessed sometimes and I think to myself, "He's a talented guy, and good-looking, but he's also just a guy making a living, yada yada" Then I see pictures of him next to "normal" people (like the photographers, press, etc.) and he really does stand out in a crowd. (You are all thinking "Duh, we know this.") But no matter how hard I try to think of him as "normal" he just isn't. He's talented above and beyond anyone else, and he truly is beautiful. Very, VERY few people in this world are THAT beautiful. Yes, I just had a Mika moment.

OK, so I found them! I love the pop star animation. You rock, Mika. And I just realized for the first time that Mika's mom and Yasmine are in the audience when Mika sings GK on Jools Holland. I can't believe I never noticed that before!
