  1. My thoughts exactly. There's a difference between exercise and addiction/torture.
  2. Your English is quite good. Much better than my Italian. Welcome to the MFC!
  3. You should go! I think you'll like it, most people do. At least I'm not the only bad Canadian on here. Come to think of it, I don't think I watched the 2010 Olympics either. Just goes to show you how much I appreciate, and find value, in sports...
  4. I haven't been watching the Olympics. Does that make me a bad Canadian or a just a bad person?
  5. I'm going to Boston and New York this weekend! I've only been to Baltimore and Cleveland before, but I'm always up for visiting somewhere new. I'm excited for this trip to see new places and for, maybe, shopping.
  6. I'm sure you could find something like that on Etsy. http://www.etsy.com/?ref=so_home
  7. Is it worth seeing? The only reason I don't want to see it is because Megan Fox is in it.
  8. Right now I'm feeling quite hungry, but I'm sure this feeling would go away if I ate something.
  9. Please, nobody hit me when I say this, but if I was you, I'd steer away from Saint Catherine Street. It's nothing special and I didn't think it lived up to the hype. If you've ever been to Toronto, it's pretty much like Yonge Street. Go to Old Montreal, it has character. If you're into architecture/buildings, Notre Dame looks great. There's are lots of things going on in the gay area at night. Lots of patio dining and people walking around. To eat, I'd recommend Schwartz's. The smoked meat was so good I brought a sandwich home (6+ hour ride ) with me. Next time I'll probably just buy the meat by the pound. The people in Montreal were incredibly nice and helpful. Was looking at a map and a man approached us (speaking English, so we must have looked really lost ) asking us if we needed help.
  10. Thanks for the birthday wish! :D

  11. Because I was so impressed with OLP at Niagara Falls, I decided I needed to see them in concert. So, earlier this month I saw them with a friend from school. Not a good choice - the concert, not the friend, she's awesome. The opening band was terrible. Screaming and banging their instruments. Awful try-too-hards. OLP was OK. The thing that bothered me was Raine Maida seemed out of it. I'm not saying he was high or drunk, but I wouldn't be surprised if he was. He seemed so vacant and out of touch. It was weird.
  12. A while back I read "Devil's Knot" by Mara Leveritt. It's the true story of the West Memphis Three. The book was phenomenal and I breezed through it. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Devil%27s_Knot:_The_True_Story_of_the_West_Memphis_Three
  13. Cape Cod looks very scenic! Is it as nice in person? Wow, you almost never hear that. I've never been to either New York or Boston, but why is Boston your love? Is it the people? I'm not too much into big crowds, so I'm pretty sure I'll spend all my time in a secluded corner of Central Park.
  14. Thank you so much for posting that! I absolutely adore that song. He is an amazing musician. Did you get his new album?
  15. In July, I'm going to visit Boston and New York and then, in August, I'm going visit Rhode Island/Cape Cod. Amurrica, I'll be in you this summer.
  16. This one is fantastic. The depth of field is great!
