Ok, gonna make my first report now (didn't do one with Antwerp) WITH PICS. How I got there is not that important. Train, two planes and car hire. At London Gatwick I saw Ingie, Freddie, and more.... aw, now I can't remember Then we got to our hotel in Newquay. Newquay was nice. With loads of seagulls. Also not that important, you're all waiting for the Mika part. THEN the next day we drove off to Eden, we got in and... well, I went straight into the q with the other fans (around 3 PM). http://img4.imageshack.us/img4/3817/img3647p.jpg I bet no one really noticed me because I didn't say much But I liked the q-ing, first time for me. And it was HOT. I loved the weather! Then the soundcheck started. David, Martin, Cherisse, Imma, Jimmy, Mika's sis, John, (I think I saw Andy too, am I right??) they were all there http://img339.imageshack.us/img339/8083/img3667q.jpg It was all fun, saying random things, laughing. I also got the blue glow in the dark Mika bracelet, I love it, THANKS! More people came into the q. Then Diana Vickers had her soundcheck. etc. etc. Eventually, after a long wait in the hot sun, we got in! I ran to the stage and OMG I got the best place I wanted!!!! It was at the very front, not in the middle, but like 3 or 4 people to the right. Then we waited. And waited. And waited. Meanwhile, my dad was somewhere on the right and he gave food/drinks to the security guy, who gave it to me. XD I got more hyper and hyper and I was sooooo happy that I got a place at the very front! I never expected it! I thought he wasn't going to come out because he might be tired etc. The band came out first, but they didn't really sign. Then Mika came out! He signed for every fan, so sweet of him! Then he came to me and signed my shirt (as I asked him). While signing my dad said: 'We came all the way from Holland to see you'. Mika: 'Oh yeah, which part are you from?' Dad: 'Utrecht' Mika: 'Have a safe trip back!'. My shirt was signed and then I gave him his present. He took it from me and touched my hand (fangurl moment, haha). While taking the present he signed something for someone else, but after that he looked at me and said: 'Thank you!'. For a second I was like and then I said 'You're welcome'. Then he walked off to the other side of fans. Wearing his Mad Fokkers Club hoodie (I love it!!). I got this meeting filmed by my dad, I'll post it later. Summarized: IT WAS THE BEST GIG I'VE EVER BEEN TO. It was so much more then I expected it to be! I didn't expect that much, cause I didn't want to be disappointed, but all my dreams came true! Thanks everyone for making this gig freakin brilliant!
