No - lots of odd periods when havent had any for last 3 yrs - stabbinbg lower abdomen pain - dragging - like period pain hot flushes spots!! Get the HRT - saves the osteoporosis when you are older. I was 40 - and got HRT - but they turned me into a monster!!!
