Hope Wendi is better today I had a really bad shoulder a couple of years ago... was so bad my mum used to have to help me get dressed/undressed I felt like I was 80 or something... Hiya Laurel - have arm in a sling just now to stop ANY movement. Its so blooming painful!! The ibuprofen has upset my stomach and I have spent about 2 hours in the toilet this morning!!!
