when was the last time i got here?

...

a lot of weeks:shocked:lol:roftl:it's time to restart

what does it mean this sentence? It's only a storm in a teacup.

Ohh that means its only a short lived argument or situation ...

A large storm in a small teacup , so the storm is huge .. but the teacup is small in comparison

Ok?:thumb_yello:

I need help with showing possessives..

Would it be "everyone's" or "everyones' " or just "everyones"?

"Everyone" is already plural, so I would say it is "everyone's".

But it would help to see what sentence you wanted to use it in.

Ok, sentence:

Everyone's feet hurt after the dance.

Would that be right?

Go on MSN, this is like my last night to party :tears:

I'm always unprivileged. It comes with the territory.

And I will once I've finished doing what I'm doing, in like 20 minutes. :wink2:

Long enough for you to fix your siggy.

Bleechers?(The sentence is: I jumped over a bunch of bleechers and ran for the stage.)

I just stumbled into this thread, but I'm going to assume that you're looking for a definition and this isn't a quiz or something?:wink2:

Another MFCer asked me about this in the summer. I think it is pretty much an American thing although Canadians use it too. It means benches of outdoor seats, used by spectators to watch an event.

Toronto used to have a baseball stadium and there would be nice seats (individual chairs) for most of the section but then there would be cheap bleachers up at the very top and you could sit anywhere on the benches.

The correct spelling is bleachers.

Ah thank you!:thumb_yello:

I found the word in the Political thread, and of course it's not a quiz!:roftl:

I use two on line lexicon and my old school dictionary and a new smaller dictionary but sometimes it's not enough!

This thread is a blessing!:thumb_yello:
