Yes, how is it possible? I think because you don't need to be registered in order to post you can fill anything into the fields. Mine is automatically populated because I am registered but that doesn't stop someone else from filling in exactly the same info. If they kept it to registrants only you probably couldn't have duplicate usernames because it would stop you during the registration process.
