Last I heard, they aren't cheap as they have only just come out in the last year, so why is he not releasing it simultaneously on regular dvd? Why does he continually shoot himself in the the foot, with these half baked decisions? I'm seriously gonna go ballistic in the blog comments, when he does the DVD trailer, because, I am NOT forking out for a new dvd player, because he wants to go all high tech. Unless he buys it for me, ha ha! AS IF THAT'S GONNA HAPPEN!!! Rant over. he def has to release it in dvd. I read somewhere that blue ray is not doing so good and that it won't substitute dvd. Sparkly, I love the tail shirt/braces idea I just realised that this was being discussed here, and I just posted the same opinion on the PDP dvd thread . So yes, I totally agree with you. The Mika in the dvd picture just doesn't look like the real thing...I much prefer violet's one. The colours also seem way too subdued for my taste, too "pastelly" if that makes any sense. I prefer the usual Mika vibrant ones. Oh and I don't like the circus clown thing. That's my whining done now. I want to whine a bit, too. I'm so torn about the clown thing. Actually, from childhood on, I avoided circus, which noone could really understand. In fact the clowns kept me away because I found (and still do find) them so annoying. They just bore me out of my mind. Yet I like that special touch they add to Mika's show. It's not too much IMO (well, maybe except for the comedy facet in the beginning and a bit during SITM) and there's much more emphasis put on the fantastic, melancholic and dramatic side, than the usual silly crap the term 'clown' makes me think of.
