artsyfartsy17 Posted November 7, 2008 Share Posted November 7, 2008 Funny story, OKD-style: the other day, I was "going to the bathroom" and met two of my friends, Rudy and Jason, in the hallway outside the counselling office/information place. A group of about three adults who weren't teachers came towards us, and Rudy said perhaps they were bringing a new kid to the school and were here to talk to the authorities...being the insane person that she is, she asked them, "Are you bringing a child to be in this school?" The adults (two women and a guy) laughed, and said that they weren't. Then, one of the women pointed to the guy and joked that they were enrolling him in the school (he had a thick beard and was obviously in his thirties.) The second after they passed by, Jason said quite loudly, "Oh, yeah, he's a grade nine alright, especially with all that facial hair..." I don't know if they heard or not, but cue laughing attack ft. snorting from Jason... Noice! And the snorting: I'm alright. Just really worried about School Certificate exams next week and my piano exam in about two weeks. And today in PE we played cricket and when I went to catch the ball (being my coordinated self) it hit the end of my finger and sort of jarred it and now it really hurts and I can't really play the piano!! But other than that, I'm fine! How are you? Ouch, sounds like you jammed it. Should be fine in a few days or less. I'm pretty good overall. It happened to two of my fingers quite severely (both during PE, surprise surprise) and the joints/knuckles swelled up and they never fully un-swelled. Noice! And the snorting: I know! I don't think I've ever heard someone do that unintentionally...he's really graceful and composed otherwise, so it was doubly funny... Who the hell put bovine rectums?
