suzie
but it's in MIKA's BMI page also, and he admitted to have written it...and he was not unknown in 2007... Yes, it was a known fact. What I meant is that Eros is unlikely to have 'bought' the song for himself from an unknown writer... Guy Chambers name helps any song get recognition and Eros probably also thought it was written by GC.

Lena
lenathe italian lyrics are about a father and her daughter, who's becoming of age and the moment when parents see their children grow up and leave from them. Eros Ramazzotti actually has got a daughter becoming a grown up...so i guess he's dedicating the song to their relationship. not sure that was the original idea by Mika though here's the link to download the interview: http://www.sendspace.com/file/hbbn5y the short lyrics Mika is singing (thanks Suzie!): Looking back at my face in the mirror I couldn’t understand Would my face be any clearer To a woman or a man how i wish to listen to the whole song! Thank you, Robertina!!! Maybe Mika will sing it once. Now he knows that we love this song. And thanks Suzie!!!

Matt1984
Che figata! I didn't know that Mr. Penniman penned (pun!) a tune for Eros! I've always loved Eros' music, but I strongly dislike the man himself, a disgusting, closeted homosexual whose wife divorced him because his "alternative lifestyle" (bringing home his one night stands, night after night) could've been confusing for their daughter... so I feel like the lyrics in this particular song are quite phoney. Sity
I don't really enjoy Eros and never have, forgive me. Nice song though, i guess. Hmm... Don't see a point in my own comments.
