I can't remember which interview it was but when asked what the next single would be, he said, "I don't know." Then he paused and said, "Rain." It's possible isn't it?? To me it seems more like some kind of confusion over the response from the audience / fans / record buying public... He probably feels like he is juggling & the balls are starting to fall. Whatever is released WHEN & WHERE is fine by me.
