I have too many pics from the airport and the venue!!! also I got a contact with the guy who posted those pics in the press conference an he will pass us all the pics and more!!! I need to go to sleep now but tomorrow I will pressure everybody to upload those pics and videos!! by the way: MIKA IS AWESOMEEE!!!! I don't have voice we screamed a lot!! (as I guess you heard ) tomorrow Mika is going to find his skeleton puppets, I told to his mother and to Mika where she can find them and also his mum and him loves mariachi!! Monie Posted October 30, 2009 Share Posted October 30, 2009 i totally agree with this.Reading comments about not seeing him at the airport made me mad , because we're all fans and we can imagine how it's like when you've never seen him before. especially when he's in your country and you don't even know yet if you're going to see a concert of him. if he doesn't want that , 'he wouldn't tweet about when his flight is taking off etc. And if you notice he wouldn't like to talk , thats ok but at least you've seen him then!! and thats also very special for us fans , isnt it? I don't think it is necessary to get mad about those comments since they were written in the best interest of Mika. At first the thoughts stated in those comment were my thoughts too. But indeed, he twittered to clearly when he would leave, he wouldn't have done that if he wouldn't want his fans to be there. And it is only natural to grab every opportunity to see and meet him. sariflor Posted October 30, 2009 Share Posted October 30, 2009 my thought is that we cannot really compare what we, fans who can meet him and see him multiple times and have met him a lot these 2 years, and fans who never met him DECIDE to do in RL. i agree with fanny and sara when they say we'll never go and wait for him at the airport but i can understand the enormous joy of ppl who have waited for him more than 2 years in going to the airport and merrily welcome him! i guess he was waiting for it, he even tweets his movements! i think he expects a little stalking too. and it's a real termometer of his fame, i think an artist has never enough of it, especially when he goes to a new country. and he needs loads of new fans more, i'm happy he gets to know more faces! he needs familiar faces all over the world! so pls mexican fans, be gentle to him and show him all your love! I am really pleased that you got to meet him. I agree with Robi's points.....I personally would not go to an airport...wherever I lived................but I can see that it is completely different when Mika visits a country that he hasn't been to before and where the fans have never had the chance to see him. So cute with the crutches So helpless with the crutches We've been able to get 20 tickets to tonight's show, but the problem isthat the venue is 18+ and a lot of the fans are under 18. Karla may not be able to get in for that reason, but supposedly Mika has arranged for an aftershow meet & greet that will include the under 18s. We'll see. It's a little hard to coordinate all this from so far away, plus the added language thing... but we're working on it! :thumb_ yello: suggesting mika smells like cheese I like cheese OMG, I cannot believe I just missed all of that because I was doing the DISHES! :snea ky2: Why??!! He's just really that 'narrow'/thin, I remember when I had my arm around him I was actually shocked + don't forget how tall he is Mostly when having your arm around someone, it's around the upper back region.
