And all the preparation with the gifts and the planes, etc. Just incredible!! I'm so glad you had a brilliant gig and got to speak to Mika and it all went well for the Korean fans. That's a shame about Andy missing his gift. I had actually spoken to him recently about the Korean fans because he said they might do some more MFC video messages since it was easy for him to shoot and put together. I recommended he do it in Korea because there would be such a big contingent of enthusiastic MFCers at the gig. But he was very busy in Japan working at the soundboard and I don't think he had time to film at all. it's weird though, he played it at the last japan gig i think? why not in korea then I'm sure AOW in Osaka was very impromptu. He came out for a second encore and didn't seem to have anything planned at all. I shouted out for AOW and he said "what?" I shouted out again and he looked like he didn't want to do it. He asked people what they wanted to hear and of course got a million conflicting responses and said he was sorry that he'd asked. He launched into My Interpretation because I think that's an easy fall back for him. And afterwards he said something about not knowing what he was doing but went ahead and sang AOW anyway. Here is my report last night. part. 1 Before the show As Yuna said, we planned some events & gifts a few months ago on the Korean thread.(that's why Korean thead always noisy..) Last year his gig in seoul, he really loved our gold confetti during the WAG and he mentioned in some interviews his last seoul gig was amazing and crowds were incedible. So we just wanna make him happy again and gives unforgettable memories in Korea. So we joined with Korean local fanclub called mikaholix (we also there's mods too:naughty:) get ideas, made artworks, gifts,wrote messages to mika... a lot of work done in just one month and every plan was well worked. But we shocked he dropped AOW on the set list..actually we planned the paper planes events during AOW "say goodbye to the world you thought you lived in" .. cuz during AOW, paper plane was flying on the background screen and that lyrics well matched. So we were in a panic, asked MFC mods FD, BS to let us know what do we do.. they adviced we should made plan B - happy ending 'little bit of love " instead AOW at the same time we tweeted him plz AOW.. be sure so many MFCers saw our tweet. Sorry to bothered him. Thank you so much MFC mods help! The day of the show morning rain rain rain rain......poured down terribly! All Korean MFCers set 1000 paper planes on the seated place, 2000 paper planes and 1000 golden confetti with the event guide paper handed out for standing ppl for 2 hours just before the gig . We also met the french MFCer francoise with she's friend, she found us to say hello! I'm so glad to see you francoise. gonna part 2.... We've set up some planes before the show. and we gave some paper airplane and gold glitter to audience just before the show! Show began. Mika gave us a wonderful stage gig. When many paper palne flew overhead, mika smiled on the grin! At that moment, everyone was impressed. some people cried When mika sing 'kick-ass' everyone sang along! intro ---> oh_oh_oh~ it was amazing night i cant forget it! after gig- i offered free clothing for mika from 'GENERAL IDEA' that i working in! (i wanted to offer free clothing for mika... so i asked my boss.. he said "why not? he is super star!" lol he allowed) 2 jackets, 2 pants, 1 t-shirts, 1 cardigan -picked out myself (General idea is menswear brand!) he loved checked pattern jacket! and promised to put on clothes that I gave. he said to me 'thank you very much!' i took a picture with him and shook hands and slap high-fives! omg.. couldn't be happier! add: omg... he is wearing my clothes...this afternoon sky checked pattern jacket...little tight......isnt it? Big trees, skulls, a birds, opening relax with WAG intro, many elements are similar. The lights went down, crowds so exited and screaming all togher mika mika mikaaaaaaaaaaaa!!!! He was sooooo much on fire! Seems exited as his enthusiastic crowd.. every crowds loudly singalong all the lyrics with him, mika and band members are really surprised that! Imma brought glowing lollipop on the stage which we gave to them before the show, she really loved it! and also our own MFC banners they totally loved it! We hung 2m big banners on the wall far away from the stage and we got mini baners as same design. I'm in the first row left side (thanks to MFC & mikasounds we've got pre-sale tickets!) When he came to left side he stared at me and my Dr.john banner very often then smiled with happy face. KICK ASS- It was literally kicked ass!! I saw he sang kick ass in nagoya/osaka on youtube though, I think yesterday was even better. Hes live was getting better more and more... and crowds are also all the lyrics well knew, singalong with him we are young! we aaaaaaa free! He seems very surprised that. Maybe he thought we are nuts .... From the begining Billy Brown, he said " 친구 소개 할께요" in Korean, as you know means " i'd like to introduce to a friend of mine....." at that moment I shouted " Billy! billy brown" then he nodded "his name is billy" He spoke to Korean very very fluently even better than last year! His prononciation was so correctly and sooo adorable I know hes just memorized that though how sweet...Every korean fans touched his many efforts.. I never had seen before like genius friendly pop star! Finally happy ending, it was sooo impressived.... He sang happy ending with played the piano, coming up 'lilltle bit of love' part, we flew bunch of paper planes into the stage. He noticed that so instant, then stopped singing and get up just watched for a moment... he smiled like a sunshine, couldn’t stop laughing. Then he take a bow to his fans...such a beautiful moment! Next love today, he jumped onto the crowds ! Every security guys are surprised then tried to chase him but he ran way to them and jumped, singalong with the crowds then security lifted hin on the stage. Was too much crazy happenings there! We Are Golden... we sprinkled gold confetti in the air! He seems already noticed that cuz during WAG intro we grabbed gold confetti in our hands. He giggled, we gave it to him then sprinkled to imma,cherisse jimmy ah when he climbs on the drums suddenly he screamed from pain for a second moved his hands. I think he felt pain his finger or hands..but seems he better soon..hope he'll be ok.. and..he said to us in Korean '감동 했어요' meant "I'm very impressed.." and dunno exactly what he said just remember some sentences..its touched my heart.. so proud of him! After lollipop, he said good bye to us then dissapeared.. but every crowds didn't go home still stayed in the venue shouted mika! So he came out on the stage, but he didn't sing.. just take a bow to us. seems he feel so sorry to crowd... He didn't sang toyboy even on the setlist in it. cuz there's lack of time... when we asked that to mika, he said there's not enough time so he couldn't help that... Shame.. blame it on the world cup..stupid Korean local team.. we don't want to see world cup match instead just wanna mika! I have to say it was just not a gig, the art performence with his enthusiasm! Be sure definitely incredible gig ever. John was really sweet and all the band members, mama p, yasmin, andy.. all team mika is such a sweet person! we are sooooo lucky...we took a picture with mika ! not a group pic.. we met to him one by one! OMG! This was my first M&G ! I'm soooo soooo nervous...I never know exactly what to say to him! All the weird words floating in my head..finally I met him and he smiled say to me Hi! I'm just freezed.......and I just say that h...hi..mika..glad to see you..Yo that's all...stupid stupid stupid me.... He hugged my shoulder in one arm I'm freezed again........duhhhhhhhhhhh but I barely grabbed his waist tho? we took a pics by a photographer.. Then we went outside had one more M&G..I gave to him some of Korean artist's masterpiece CD and sweet coloured skull bracelet which I made it, he said 'awww I love it! thank you very much!' I'm just melted away... Actually I've got the same green wallet with him, so I suddenly remembered that! me: can I have your autograph on this? mika: Sure,(look) awww I have the same wallet, too! me: of course I know... mika: (grin) me: ..........So, wallet or purse? mika: (stare me) me: wallet or purse? mika: .......(giggle) me: I think its wallet too, its got nice..MANLY angle..ins't it? some MFCer whispered: ya manly angle.. mika: Blurred cuz of rainning there though I really love it!
