Explanation: the hand gesture is a Lebanese (or more generally Arab) hand gesture which means "wait a moment" or "hang on a second" or if done threateningly "just you wait until I'm done, then I'll deal with you...". Often older people do it to younger people but anyone can do it another in a condescending or joking manner. The gesture I meant is when you keep your fingers together and still but flick your wrist. Or Jewish or Italian for that matter. Very loosely translated from Arabic to English "shway" means "a little" or "small" and "shway shway" means "slowly" or "slow down" but when coupled with the hand gesture it means more "wait a (bloody) second...".
