Anytime between Mikajune and Mikaseptember I don't mind so much if he gets a single out and a tour going. at least we will get to hear the music. I don't care about any other dates for gigs or albums. The album will be released when it's finished. He's been saying that since January 2011 and any other interpretation is just wishful thinking.
