Listening to Mika's music every day, many times a day, makes my day brighter. I am a preschool teacher (in Tokyo), and we even use it for the toddlers to dance to in class...they love Mika too!! Especially Lollipop!

Does this mean that Mika is in Japan twice, once for May 26 MTV Video Music awards and then again for Fuji Rock Festival??? And I hope Mika doesn't mind SWELTERING heat in Japan in summer for Fuji Rock festival. And Anakin, I tried to access your Mixi forum, but they won't let anyone join unless they are invited now....well my poor Japanese is assuming that is what the message said, it is impossible to register as a newbie. I am just looking and hoping for ways to know how to get to see Mika in Japan...I will be so sad if I can't!!

Thanks Miina!! My kanji skills are not great, but looks like you don't need a ticket for Mika's performance. But I guess entry will still be difficult.... I wonder if we fans in Japan can ever get close enough to meet Mika. He will be surrounded by industry people and promoters...it will be so impossible I think. It seems so easy for all you guys at all his other shows in Europe and the UK and US when I look at everyone's photos, but I don't think Japan will be so easy. I would really like to give him a special present from his fans in Japan. He loves Tamagotchis, so we could get him a REAL Japanese original one....but how could we give it to him...any ideas anyone???

My whole life I have been able to the newly named "Mika 4" with my left hand but never with my right...I didn't think it was possible to "learn" it...I have been trying to get my right hand to do it for years!! My right pinky and my 4th finger are connected...funny thing though, I can bend my 4th finger alone on my right hand but not pinky alone. Left hand no problem, any finger can bend alone!! Just everyone is different I guess! It is funny to see Mika do it on stage, though, as if it was completey natural for anyone!

I have been a bit slow to find the Roger Taylor thread, but here it is and here I am among fellow Roger lovers. Any preferences for which Cadbury is best? Living in Japan we get Aussie Cadbury (that's my fave) UK Cadbury, NZ Cadbury and Canadian Cadbury...all in deceptively similar purple wrappers, but all subtly different... Is Mika a choccie fan too???

I'm in Tokyo too...but I'm not Japanese, I am Australian. I joined late Feb but haven't posted yet, too busy watching MIKA on youtube...about to go join the Oldlings thread...
