So I am wondering if THESE are the LOCAL people who should have had Mika standing with them in the photo - or just a random bunch of fans??/ It seems that meeting Mika frequently fuddles brains, and makes it difficult to understand the feelings of those who hope to meet him on their home soil.

It's lovely to read so many reports now - thanks to all who posted. I cannot believe how awful the queueing/entry/promoters were. I suspected it was not going to be good judging by the tweets, but how could anyone anticipate this level of nonsense. It really detracts from the enjoyment of the evening for the biggest fans who have been there waiting all day. Mika really needs to get on top of this sort of thing, it's always been dodgy, this sounds like the worst ever.

Well it's quite catchy, and I love his voice where he sings with a passion. No doubt he is trying it out to see what sort of reception it gets, and he will tweak it further. Some of it does seem quite familiar though...can't place it....

I didn't like Rain the first time live, not at all, and it came out in the end as a good dance track, so I guess it pays to reserve judgment... I like the melody, it feels like something from a 1940 B movie - musical-ish about it... Ida's voice is very pure and lovely, but doesn't blend with Mika's in parts, was that because Mika was singing the harmony rather than the melody....? But the subject matter Blame it on... Rain...Storm... my suggestion would be to use the melody but make the lyrics about something else entirely.

Well I like it, it's catchy, it seems to appeal to the masses, he needs a hit song....but is this it?? I do think Mika is capable of something so much more melodic.... It's been on repeat now for 20 minutes...I am still singing along....
