The Origin of Love entered the German album charts on #43. http://www.mtv.de/charts/4-album-top-50 well, better than celebrate anyway, which wasn't in the top 100 at all.

ok let me try this: i'll give you the link to my own website where i embedded the vh1 streams of OOL and LT, there you can watch it from other countries via a web proxy. but i'll have to watch the traffic - if it gets too much i'll delete it again. please be nice and don't crash my small server. :rolls_eyes: but maybe someone is able to rip it from this stream and post that here for everyone. instructions: a) go to a web proxy site, i used http://www.uswebproxy.com b) on above site, click on "more options" and deactivate everything except "show images on browsed pages" c) enter this link in the field on the site: http://mikafanclub.de/misc/stream.html and click "proxy now!"

did you take it? edit: i just found where it's from. the guy from the choir posted it on his twitter. could someone please transcript what mika says in the first 2 minutes of this video, before he introduces his band? i hardly understand a word.

there was a short interview and then he performed origin of love and love today. all the people in the studio were cheering for him and he looked sooo happy! and popular song seems to rise up in the US download charts, without it being a single... do we know on what chart position it is currently? i recorded with my camera and will upload now, but of course it'd be fab if anyone from the US was able to record the stream in high quality?

i've looked through some forums and it seems the stream that was posted here is vh1 europe, not vh1 usa. it doesn't work for me anyway. there's a stream on the vh1 site but it's only available in the usa. if you know how to use a proxy maybe you can get it to work, but the different web proxies i tried didn't work either... i can go on vh1.com and click on the stream, but then there's a site with only text. it does give me an embed code though and through that i'm able to watch it on my own website, via a proxy of course. it's complicated... but i'll try to record... unless he was on already and i missed it?

aww, thanks for all those fab no-hat-photos! and videos. just noticed, when did he start using mics with cables again?! maybe he wants a complete back-to-2007-feeling. i'd also love to hear the fast version of stardust in the shows, but guess the acoustic one is easier for him... he already said in the track-by-track video that it's gonna be hard to sing, and singing is much easier if you can stay in one place instead of jumping around. :rolls_eyes:

each to their own, but seriously: he has a whole gig to please everyone, those who like and those who dislike the hat. still, the hat is on every f*ing photo and video that has been posted so far! i'm not even asking for him to ditch it completely (though *i* would definitely prefer that... ) - but just half the gig would be nice? btw, i love how in that popular video that was posted on the first page he introduces his fan choir with "my friends i met only 3 hours ago" and then crosses himself. can't wait to see a good quality video with the fan choir! were they doing well for all the songs? did mika interact with them a few times?
