still working on that... well, by plane is the answer, but still have to decide which one, as if i'm taking an early one i have to make sure that i get there in time from wherever i'm staying (which i'm also not sure about yet). don't remember the first time i saw one, but every time i see one, i behave like a child that sees a christmas tree - like "oooh, look, how fluffy-tufty this palm tree looks!" (well i don't say fluffy-tufty, but the german word "puschelig", which means something like that, couldn't find a better translation for it. ). so i hope for you guys that i already got used to all the palm trees in LA after a week and won't want to admire each of them when we meet for the mika gigs.

hey, stop talking french, i don't understand that! the ticket for basel was 10 euro more expensive than any of the german ones - is switzerland so expensive, the venue so exclusive, or why is that?

well, my friend, who has travelled the whole world, already told me that LA wasn't really what she expected and that she liked san diego better. but i'm still sure that i'll like it - maybe not enough to come back there again and again (though, who knows... ), but it will definitely be new and exciting for me. btw, i forgot, if anyone has a spare ticket for this show (or for oakland), please let me know. would be easier for me to buy it from someone who's also there instead of ordering it on the web.

can't believe i'm really going to LA. i dreamt of visiting this city for about 18 years, and now i'm finally going AND will see mika there! will already arrive on oct 16, so if anyone who lives in the area wants to meet up & show me a bit of the city and/or the nightlife, let me know. i'm travelling on my own, which is ok for the usual sightseeing, but i'd be happy to meet some new people already before the mika gigs.

sandbag sucks. ordered my tickets for leipzig and dusseldorf, each for its own as you can't put tickets for different gigs in one order (whatever the reason for this might be...). and now for frankfurt it tells me my credit card has been used too often, F***!!! :sneaky2:

i'll just go to work half an hour later (need to see the "doctor" tomorrow morning. - dr john, lol! ), otherwise i'd only be able to buy tickets in the evening. don't wanna wait that long, though i'm sure it won't sell out that fast. he speaks a bit of german, but only on stage, and at the munich gig 2 weeks ago he translated everything into english as well. leipzig might be, i saw on their website that for some pop concerts it's seated. depends on the artist i think. it's still general admission though, like it was in the berlin church. so no need to be fast. btw, i've decided that i'll buy tickets for all the german gigs and basel. and how to get there, i'll decide in january or so. well, there's always interrail, that's definitely a possibility.
