oh, an answer from them, and a really quick one too, they're getting better! i got my codes right away, and already got my points for them as well.

i wouldn't bet on that... the glue is called Mastix, it's based on a resin with that name and is used also by professionals for special effects. ok there are glues that are more professional and more expensive, but this one was only 5 euro (for a small bottle), and guess it'll do for my purpose. well, hope so. though you have to spend another 5 euro on the glue remover, cause as it's resistant to sweat you can't wash it off with water.

in this case i think apricot jam, that's the standard one. but you get them with all sorts of sweet fillings, different sorts of jam, nutella, vanilla cream,... very delicious!

though after his "no" i'd ask "why did you say so in an interview then?"

oh well. i'll just wear a costume for the mika gig then, bring some streamers+confetti to the gig, and eat some pancakes on tuesday. though in germany we eat those for carnival (could be compared to filled donuts i think):

you could try to download & install the flash plugin: http://get.adobe.com/de/flashplayer/?promoid=BUIGP (it's free). if you don't have it, it could well be the reason why it's not working.

think at 3 pm last time the queue only consisted of sivan, summer, you and me... queuing with you guys was so diverting though that i have no idea what time everyone else arrived, lol!

got my ticket. hammersmith apollo is great, guess i'll stay at the same hostel as in dec 07, can walk to the venue from there. so, who is up for a drink at bar38 after the gig? don't think it will be sold out just from the presale. normally they only have a certain number of tickets for the presale, and then it says "presale allocation sold out" but there'll still be tickets for general sale. so if you don't want magic numbers, i think you can wait for the general sale.

blue, you have to come! and would also love to get sightseeing tips, still have to decide on how long to stay in dublin after the gig, can choose any date between the 16th and 19th to go back. are there any sightseeing day trips from dublin to interesting points within ireland (castles and stuff like that)? would love to see a bit of the countryside, though it's probably not the best time in february... oh, and do you celebrate carnival in ireland? in germany this monday/tuesday are party days!

good idea, would've done that too if i had 2 cards. do dublin, it's small and i'd love to meet you again! not if the MFC is coming...

maybe it's GA seated, like it was in several cities on the acoustic tour.

it says that it's general admission standing tickets, so you'll just have to queue on the day of the show. unless they don't know what they're talking about, in which case we'll probably get to know where we're sitting only when we get our tickets.

amazing how smoothly their server is running, no delays whatsoever! probably that's why the mikasounds website itself is so slow in general, they're using all capacities on the shop. got my tickets for belfast, dublin and london! interesting though that belfast & dublin are GA standing after all, from what i saw on the venue websites i thought it would be seated. so, no sightseeing, but queuing all day... *sigh* :rolls_eyes:

http://www.aerlingus.com depends on the dates you want, how cheap it is. from lyon they're only flying to dublin though, but maybe it would be still cheaper to book that and a train/bus to/from belfast.
