    ohhh....I've always loved Carmen Miranda. Chica Chica Boom Chic....is one of my favorites.... So, how does the operatic character fit in? Madame Butterfly....Madame Miranda Panda???? Can't wait to see the costume!!!! I am very excited.

    Nice Pics of Humphrey....thanks for sharing, Foalbaby. It looks like the big H is really having a good time.... (although I'm not sure about the women's --dollies??? underwear ) I didn't know Humphrey had so many fun things with him. Can't wait until he comes to see me. Hello to everyone!!!

    Nice thread, Vixenbbw. Hmmmm, I like Mika for his great songwriting/musical talent, his concert performances, his interesting and strong personality, his committment to privacy, and, after viewing this thread, I must admit I like his endearing smile in his photos with his fan gurls/boys.

    Well, she has good taste in music. Tom Waits has been my favorite musician for the past 30 years with no one ever coming anywhere close to the admiration I feel for his songwriting and performing talents. I was stunned a year ago or so when I first heard that she was going to attempt to cover his songs. Now that I have heard a couple of them, I think she is very brave and I am glad that she did what she wanted to do. Yet, for me, it would be like listening to someone else sing one of Mika's songs. It might be interesting, but I would, personally, rather hear Mika sing his own songs.

    Sorry, Mana. I think I did two posts yesterday, and both of them I was dissing on you. It was just such good opportunities, it was hard to let slip by. But you know what I think about you really.... Hey, mail is free in Neverland, we just have Tinkerbell fly it around. I don't mind if LadyGodiva is put before me. I don't mind mailing the package back to England or wherever it needs to go when it is done in the US. So, however it works out best, works for me. I bet the Finkster and the Humphrey are having lots of fun right now. <sigh> I'm jealous!

    Yeah, Humphrey is in the US of A !!!! That is a great pic and your kitty does seem very interested in Humphrey!!!! Maybe your kitty smells some catnip, or other canadian herb. Hey, I have a pic I could donate to that thread, just cut out the big guy and it is pretty:chkn: Wait a sec.....wasn't he the guy who wrote that note which started this thread, which built the house where Jack lives? Other than that, no, I don't see him at all. I wish someone would post photos somewhere on this forum so I could remember what he looks like.....

    Wow, that is sooooo amazing. I love paper-cut art because it is so fascinating to me to begin with. Yours is really a genius work of art, I love the expression you captured. I know that Mika would love it, I hope he does see it. I also hope one day you can make one to give to him. It is beautiful!

    Well, actually, I had a *tape fetish*....hee hee....it was Pink who was the tape *wh*re*. I stayed at a resort for a work meeting where I had to do a presentation to a bunch of "big wigs". My son went with me. He went to a Spring Training baseball game. We hung out under the palm trees by the pools. Went to the free *happy hour* every evening Did some shopping, and ate some very good Mexican and SW food. Did some networking, slept in sometimes, and soaked up a bit of the sun (since it is something I don't normally see here in the Pacific Northwest ) It was a good trip, and I hope to go back someday when I can do a bit more sight seeing.
