It wont be this bad forever. One day you will be able to move out and get a place of your own.

  3. nanuk posted a link to The Guardian here http://www.mikafanclub.com/forums/showpost.php?p=3813314&postcount=1
  4. Good one (and a link on the page to a new book about Thomas ades - that's on my Xmas list now )
  5. Thanks to Kath, i found out there was a ticket for me to get to this gig Unfortunately, that was at 6:25pm i had 5 minutes to change and I had to run to get the train to london. Fortunately, all the connections worked and I got there at 7:45 pm Mika started out in great voice - it got a litte tired towards the end - he was running about do much ater he said he wouldn't And it was nice to see him come out with Mel Now I want to hear it again
  6. Have you checked your security settings? or parental controls? It's a slightly naughty magazine so if you relax those that might help you to open it - but put them back afterwards edit - or just use the links
  7. Bernard Cribbens. Right Said Fred* * the song - predates the pop group who borrowed the name
  8. Quoting myself becasue I realy neeed an English Flag
  9. can we have a proper English flag too? Red cross on white background? We have Scottish but not English (or Welsh - but i don't need a welsh one ) please
  10. Oh yes I'm a sucker for men in chain mail And I like the humour mixed in with the drama
  11. You beat me to it Good interview and not just a repeat of things- i like this interviewer - he's intelligent
  12. But it is becoming a bit of a scandal due to cuts in immigration staffing- mika's not the only one to find the queues a bit much
  13. I've been a fan since it was in black and white I remember Patrick Troughton and his regeneration into John Pertwee Melodic freak - you are so lucky to have all the new stuff to look forward to I assume series 1 refers to the new era - with Christopher Eccleston and Rose Tyler? The 1st series was broadcast in 1963 - the 50th anniversary is next year. I love Matt Smith's interpretation of the doctor - he's so young and old at the same time - which is as it should be
  14. World's End is a section of the Kings Road in Chelsea. There is a gastropub called The Pig's Ear near there http://www.londontown.com/LondonInformation/Restaurant/The_Pigs_Ear/40d6/ If that's the explanation, then it's a bit dull really. I'd prefer a real pig
  15. He wasn't he was a great game-show host but his jokes were aways bad
  16. Thank you young Hippie :biggrin2: You are pretty nice yourself

  17. I think this refers to "nations" England, Scotland, Wales, N Ireland, regions - of the UK - diverse communities - eg asian, afro carribean, living in the UK. the "we serve" bit implies TV licence payers in the UK. It's a free gig after all. But if it lets you choose a non-UK country in the options, then good luck
