oh! that's amazing! I guess Mika has to work on the M&G huh? in comparison to bumblefoot he's just a kid. I have to tell you something, I don't really know why but I just feel like I have to, when I met Mika in Paris after the gig I thought I won't be able to move, how about talk. But when he got there in front of me, I would have been able to tell him everything I could, I had basically no feelings of nervousness whatsoever! I felt as if it was pretty normal.

I imagine how Guns'n'Roses fans must feel. it must be SUPER-NORMAL!

It's been really nice talking to you. Kinda opened my eyes to see that Mika is not the only nice celebrity out there.

I think we get enough attention from him already, in my point of view. He's just a man, we're thousands. If someone does that for his attention, that's ugly! really! I don't know any other celebrity who would spend his time talking to each of us waiting for him after the gig, in spite of the fact that he has a sore throat! and sending Tegan flowers is just the cherry on the cake!

By the way, what does "have the hots for mika" mean?

Ok, I thought I should take the conversation here, to avoid overcrowding the thread with randomness, anyway.

I probably am one of the most adequate person to talk to about the fact that you're not doing it for the person but for the music. I have been asked by my grandma few days ago, if I'm in love with Mika. Before saying anything stupid, I stopped a second to think of the nature of my feelings I have towards him and I realized something truly important: I must not be in love with him, simply because I don't REALLY know him as a person (knowing everything public about him is nothing really), but I love what he's been able to do to me without knowing it (he and his music entered my life when I was in a complete make-over, during the great change from school to high-school. If it wasn't for him, I would've probably gone with the flaw of the society I live in and become one of them. Due to the world I found a haven in, I managed to avoid going with the super-polluted flaw and stay out of it minding my own bussiness and dreaming on my own of what the hell I want to do after I finish high-school. I even started drawing, which gave terrible headaches before I knew about Mika.You know, when you're a teenager and the world you live in won't give you a safe ground to land on, you need one, and I found Mika's world which is more realistic than anything else.)

So why in the world not do something to prove my gratitude? (Though sometimes I tend to be more selfish when it comes to Mika )

So, yeah, I got your point, though I don't think I proved it, but trust me in my mind, I got it!

I have put there the general ideas already, they're underlined and also put something you've said too, jut to make it clear.

I've updated the persons on the list now with what they've done so far and in my opinion it looks nicer.

Ok, here's what I think about it:

I wouldn't like to modify the structure too much anymore, because we have already a lot of people involved. Though I was thinking actually of putting next to their names the exact action they've done already. I guess that would be fine.

If I keep modifying there are people who are already involved and won't stop everytime to re-read the first posts.

Anyway, if the people do what they have to do, the structure is not that important after all. If the idea is sent out clearly and they get it, that's all that matters.

I'll go and edit the first post now, by putting there next to their names what they've done so far and I guess that's another way to clarify the point of our thread.

I wanted to tell you something and thought I shouldn't continue the conversation on the thread. I'm 16 you know and I haven't been THAT influenced by MJ, but still it has been extremely devastating for me. Sometimes I realise that there are people I consider being immortal or anyway, they can't die...but the truth is so ugly! I understand what you must be feeling as many people of your age feel that too, as MJ has been a "hero" (as Mika said) for your generation. I really don't know how I would ever ever ever react if something happened to you know who...the curly guy up there...I've thinking about this thing a lot today. You never know what tomorrow will bring. Who would have thought.

 

And regarding my picture captions today, I think is a reverse process for me: when I'm upset or at least sad, I can come up with all sort of funny things, usually dark-funny things, but I don't know what was going on with my sense of humor today. It just burst out like crazy.

If you want, I can entertain the MFC'ers for a while if you don't feel like it!
