I second that, it's 8.15am and I haven't actually gone to bed yet.

See I'm just shallow. I don't actually mind buying the snowman, he's just chocolate, and he's good thick Cadbury chocolate at that. What worries me is the look the cashier will give me, or rather try so very hard not to give me, as the snowman makes his way along the belt, through the scanner and into my bag.

It's disgusting, there's something fundamentally sick within people who can actually do things like that. When I was a kid, I saw these older boys who dumped a cat into a drain full of water and put the grate down so it couldn't get out. I got my grandad to get it out, but it had clearly been beaten or something and it couldn't walk. It died a while later.

I'm not over-analysing this song, as I think it's a pretty vague song with a sentiment at it's heart rather than a solid story. I just think it's about some relationship considered inappropriate (the run for cover thing) and also about the admiration the singer has for the subject, and their desire to be something that emotionally moves them (like their relationships with the various people listed).

Very true. I've read opinions of my least favourite songs on here and thought, 'what?!?!' but really it does just go to show how diverse the album is, and also how diverse Mika's music as a whole is, because it's obvious that different aspects of everything he does appeals to different people in different ways. Depending on what you want to take from it, and how you perceive that thing in his music, I think, favourites vary. And that makes his music seem so multi-layered! I love that the reviews of his various songs are so diverse!

My friend (who isn't a fan of Mika at ALL) had a dream that Mika was her mom's boyfriend and she stole him!

There are Christmas chocolate displays in the local Tesco (supermarket). I am unimpressed.

I feel great. I have a large box of After Eight mints, new colouring pencils and black ink for more Mika inspired artage and Scissor Sisters playing. Little dizzy though...

He's gorgeous (in my opinion), and he's funny. And incredibly intelligent. It's the intelligence that does it for me, I must admit. He's taller and better looking than you might expect when you see him in real life.
