I need a help (as always)

I have a problem about my sleeping. I have to find a solution about it. Every school time I sleep. I sleep during lesson,before exams, during exam. Everytime! I miss all topic!

Now I'm on my exam week and I don't know anything! I have to study, right now, but I can't, because I sleep over the desk. I wasn't like that before.

It doesn't about night sleeping time. I sleep more than 7 hour, it's enough for normal people 😂

  before you go sleep you can take a cup of chamomille it's ok or go to sleep early in the evening . or listen Mika Relax take ii easy . Good luck for exam
