I once read she believed so much that Mika was going to be a star that she was willing to sell her house to support the making of his album! We had to promise one of the stage hands that we wouldn't try to grab at Mika when he walked in front of us -- and we were good girls, at least I was! But seriously, there was just a narrow strip of stage between me and Martin's guitar thingy on the floor -- and several times Mika walked right there. We easily *could* have touched him. If I'm still feeling this way about Mika when my youngest becomes an adult (11 years from now) I hope that I can vacation to many of the fabulous countries he tours.
