At least We have MIKA I'm sorry to butt in but I was reading and I'm really sorry for your situation It's not right, it's not fair, it's totally wrong but some people just can't accept diversity..it's a big limit of their minds...so I think you have to be patient and strong...and kick asses sometimes It's so sad that someone can't be who he really is But as you say 'we have Mika'!
