violet_sky
I'll go late, too. I've been waiting for this to happen for more than two years. There's really no way for me to endure the tiniest bit of out-of-control crowd action before the gig and enter the venue all stressed out and panicked to a point where I'm seriously thinking about leaving again. I want to enjoy it. I might not get it more often than once. So yeah.

mellody
I'll try to get there on saturday something would be open on saturday, right? yes, saturday the big shops are open until 8 pm. someone from berlin told me that at alexanderplatz there's a huge shopping centre, maybe that's the right place to look. and about the venue question: it IS a real church, and there will be a service at 11 am. see here (for those who can read a bit of german ): http://www.heiligkreuzpassion.de/gottesdienste.htm anyone can rent the church for concerts or other cultural events though. i recently saw a tv report about german churches looking for new ways to earn money, and probably this is one of them. violet_sky
happy hour then? I'm not gonna queue in order to get in front either, so maybe I can be used as something to mark your spot in the queue if I manage to get my own tickets first I nominate you for the MFC badge of honour. I refuse to do that. Definitely. I never wear skirts. I just recently started to wear them - occasionally. Maybe today again. Skirts can be fun. So if we go to the 11 am service, do you think we could stay in there? What a plan. If services on gig days is common practice, I guess they're not wondering anymore about the increase of church-goers there. Nice way of cooking the books.
