cubitus
Bon choix. Ses titres Relax, Take it Easy, Love Today, ou encore Big Girl (You are Beautiful), en plus des singles tirés de son dernier album The Boy Who Knew Too Much, ont vite provoqué l'hystérie générale.

DR.MIKA
hello everybody , again i find an article and a pics of MIKA in the newspaper ... i start to love it its a review URL=http://img687.imageshack.us/i/dsc02049rv.jpg/][/url i'll translate some of here ... "talking to the audoince with weak Arabic : Alsalmo Eilkm .. i'm really really happy to be here tonight .." the pop singer MIKA opens Baalbeck International Festival in Lebanon at 1st it talked about the history of the Festival .. then they talked about MIAK and how he fire the stage and make every body jump .. also talked about his song and how its come from his own personal experiment .. "MIKA sang with his strong voice , and skinny body who was about to fly from over jumping and running even some photographer worked so hard to catch some pictures - i bet - everybody sang and dance with their FAV singer and to shake the cold .. he use all his power to please the audience wither playing piano , or dancing on the piano , or playing with his legs on the piano - thats SO MIKA - and MIKA -who was born in Beirut , from a Lebanese mother in 1983 - was trying to communicate with the audience in weak Arabic he said : Alsalmo Elikom . i'm so happy to be here tonight . thats perrty much what in here , i know you know you guys had better and live prviwe .. but i would like to share it with you

camille*
Here is the translation of the article in French posted by Cubitus (thanks for posting, it's lovely ) Mika overwhelmed by love... and cushions Mika performed the day before yesterday in front of overexcited spectators who came up to the stage on several occasions and took part in a giant pillow fight. Despite the freezing wind from Bekaa and being almost one hour late, spectators wearing one dollar worth 'kefiehs' bought quickly at the corner rapidly forgot their recriminations with Mika's appearance. We could note the presence of the Minister of Information Tarek Mitri, accompanied by Eric Besson, French minister of Immigration, Integration, National Identity and Solidary Development. For his return to Lebanon, two years after his first successful stay, the most recent pop music prodigy this time decided to perform at Baalbek Festival. 'While watching Sting performing in the middle of Roman ruins, I told myself I would like to play here too', he said ingenuously to the audience. In front of full stalls, Mika has offered a show of a rare quality. Faultless in terms of sound and staging, besides his impressive vocal performance, the Lebanese American artist also managed to conquer the crowd's heart with his warmth and dynamism. In the middle of a stage full of sunflowers and a flowered piano, almost touching the crowd, Mika, trying his best to communicate in three languages (including the Lebanese dialect), so as to be understood by all, has invited the audience to share his very personal universe for one night. Accompanied by a backing singer and his musicians who (rare fact) were not pushed into the background but were part and parcel of the show, the musician directly started off with his hits, to warm up the audience. Good choice. His songs 'Relax, Take It Easy', 'Love Today' or 'Big Girl', besides singles from his last album The Boy Who Knew Too Much, quickly caused general hysteria. The audience, families as a majority, quickly pushed their seats away to dance - including grandmothers and children. In the middle of the show, security agents had to try hard to push aside nicely but firmly teenage girls who scaled the stage, and a happy Mika. Finally, to the initiative of the higher stalls, cushions that were on the seats started a wonderful flying ballet, diving on lower spectators and on the stage. Unruffled, the singer took part, picking up the objects and throwing them at the crowd. Outstanding example of an interactive show, on the contrary of a lot of untouchable stars, only coming to Lebanon to make a packet. This being said, Baalbeck Festival organisers probably ruined themselves in cleaning expenses for beige and trampled on cushions.
