O cantor pop radicado em Londres regressa a Portugal para atuar em Cantanhede a 4 de agosto, sábado, depois dos extraordinários concertos que realizou em alguns dos maiores eventos musicais do país, com destaque para os festivais Super Bock Super Rock (2008) ─ onde recebeu da crítica o epíteto de Super Mika ─, no Sudoeste (2010) e Marés Vivas (2011). A avaliar pelas dezenas de milhar de fãs que assistiram a esses concertos, a expetativa é a de que o recinto do Parque Expo-Desportivo de S. Mateus registará uma das suas maiores enchentes de sempre para ver o cantor convidado por Madonna para o seu último álbum, MDN, onde Mika canta Gang Bang com a diva da pop. Ao vencedor de 2008 do Brit Awards para Melhor Artista Revelação a imprensa especializada atribui diversas influências musicais e carateriza o seu reportório como uma sínteses dessas influências, cujo resultado tem sido a chave para o enorme êxito do cantor em todo o mundo. Outros dos fatores que muito tem contribuído para isso são o ritmo dançante das músicas e o vigor e a excentricidade de Mika. Mas além de Mika e de Tim Royko & Cosmo Klein, há ainda outro importante nome da música internacional a atuar na Expofacic, neste caso a 31 de Julho. A organização tem já garantida a contratação de um artista que recentemente se tem vindo a impor no panorama musical europeu, mas o seu nome, por razões contratuais, só pode ser divulgado no início de junho. Entretanto, o cartaz de espetáculos está praticamente fechado, devendo as últimas negociações ser concluídas nos próximos. Recorde-se que foram já anunciados David Carreira e Diego Miranda ft. Ana Free (25 de julho), Pedro Abrunhosa e Mónica Ferraz (26 de julho), Buraca Som Sistema e Mastiksoul (27 de julho), Tony Carreira (28 de julho). Outros nomes sonantes são os de Mariza (1 de agosto), Paulo Gonzo e Amor Electro (2 de agosto), Boss AC e Pete Tha Zouk (3 de agosto), e os incontornáveis Xutos & Pontapés no encerramento, a 5 de agosto, depois dos concertos, que se anteveem apoteóticos, de Mika e de Tim Royko & Cosmo Klein no dia anterior. Quanto ao que se irá passar no palco sagres, de 25 de julho a 5 de agosto, este ano a organização tem também assegurada a atuação de Pedro Tabuada (26 de julho), X- Wife (27 de julho), Fernando Alvim (2 de agosto) e John Waynes (3 de agosto), nomes que se vêm juntar aos já anunciados DJ Kura (25 de julho), Rita Mendes (31 de julho) e Tiko Grooves (1 de agosto) e Funkyou2 (5 de agosto).
