I believe the word is 'ambitious'- although some would say the word is 'stupid'. I have no hope in being a photographer. As I might not even get into college considering how bad I've been at school,difference is I make no effort there as I can't be bothered trying as I just get a load of crap or I do something wrong. But even dad has said I've messed up. Well it's a tv series and it has gone some years since I last watched it but this is how I remember it: The protagonist, Sam taylor, gets hit by a car and wakes up in 1973 working for the police. During the series all he wants is to come back home to 2006, or which year it was?, and it happened that he gets contact with 2006 the phone rings and he hear familiar voices or he see things on the tv. Throughout the course of Life on Mars, Sam's uncertainty is reinforced by frequent paranormal phenomena, such as hearing voices and seeing images from 2006 on radios, telephones, and televisions. The voices discuss his medical condition, leading him to partially believe that he is in a coma. Other elements suggest to him that he is insane, such as his frequent and unexpected encounters with the Test Card Girl from Test Card F, who speaks directly to him. I just copied that from wikipedia because they explain better than I do. And then he also meets people whom he knows in the future as their younger selves, including suspects, friends, his own parents, and himself as a child. And in the end he wakes up in 2006 and accidentally sticks a pen through his hand without feeling anything, and because someone in 1973 told him that you're not alive if you don't feel anything he jumps from the roof and ends up back in 1973. Hmm well we have a thing for classically influenced, a bit odd you know I'm not the type who categorizes what I like in genres really so Ill be sure to check it out, I'm a fan of alot of different music! We'll just be doing whatever pops up in our messed up heads, including but not limited to teachers being prostitutes, trippiness akin to drug use, Pink Floyd and Tori Amos references galore, and freaking random weirdness.
