    mika is no.12 meanwhile on starflash, haha, mika fans taking over that website! but it's really good promotion, people start asking in the shoutbox who mika is - there seem to be several ppl on there who never heard of him so far, and well EVERYONE should know who mika is, shouldn't they?!

    well they did manage to refund me my shipping costs for berlin, when they put the tickets at the box office instead of sending them out. to me it's not a question IF but WHEN they'll be able to deal with it...

    it looks like this gig might've been cancelled. it says so on the german ticket website eventim.de, they even sent out e-mails about it to those who have bought tickets. on the official organizer's website it's not changed yet though; we should watch if there are any changes tomorrow, or if there aren't, i'll see if i can call them to find out. here's the website: http://www.mlk.com/mika/1037-the_boy_who_knew_too_much_-_tour_2010

    please don't spam him by tweeting the same stuff over and over again if i was him, i'd just extra-ignore it if someone did that. :rolls_eyes: apart from that, as he's on holiday now, he'll probably take some time off twitter anyway and won't see it, no matter how often you tweet it.

    ok as we're only going for audio here, i made a version as well: http://www.sendspace.com/file/al9jxt guess mana is still hoping for a video though, and i'm still not willing to do THAT! about the singing, you all have lovely voices, especially one of them that i've listened to yesterday, can't remember who it was... that's the main thing, and apart from that, singing has a lot to do with techniques and practising, and ok also with hitting the right notes - but that's also a question of the song, some are just a lot more difficult to sing than others. but you all did a fab job, it doesn't hurt the ears and it's possible to recognize the song, that's the main thing here. i couldn't be bothered either to prepare my voice or practise for my recording, after all it's fun and not work. btw, i have the indistinct feeling that we're a bit OT on this thread...

    well, we have to get them while they're still young! nah, of course mika isn't the "typical" teenage magazine star, but he has fans of every age group, and although some teen mag readers might bother us with questions like "is he still single?!" , teenagers are an important target group for the music industry, so it definitely can't hurt to promote mika on such websites too.

    adigier, louboutin, who cares, lol! they also just have amy winehouse listed as his "friends", although i think with lady gaga he's much more friends than with amy. but this seems to be a popular website for teenagers, especially justin bieber fans - and if they have justin bieber banners on mikasounds.com, i like it that on this website i can spam the justin fans with mika, LOL! i wrote on that shoutbox thing that mika is fab, then someone asked who is mika, and i answerd they should just use the search function... as gladly this website does have some accurate infos (ok except for the MJ shoes thing ) and nice pix of mika. MAYBE some people on there have good taste and it helps to show them who mika is. ah, so you were the other one voting then, i keep clicking the button all the time, it's just so nice to watch the number of votes go up and mika's position in the list getting better!

    vote for mika in germany: http://www.starflash.de/stars/mika-35982.html top-stars-list of a german star magazine. mika is no. 123 atm, i voted him there from no. 143 in the last few minutes. you can vote as often as you want i think, but the current no. 1 justin bieber has over 700.000 votes, mika only about 200, so we have a LOT to do to get him up there. we probably won't manage no.1 but would be cool to have him among the top 33 that are on the front page - this currently starts at about 10.000 votes. the 2009 charts on big german music channel VIVA, you can vote for WAG (also as often as you want i think): http://www.viva.tv/Charts/ArticleDetail/id/2176004 mika's videos on MTV.de - rate them all with 5 stars! http://www.mtv.de/music/180298-mika/videos click on the video, then move your mouse over "Jetzt bewerten" to see the stars and click on the 5th star, like you would do on youtube. it's especially important for rain, as this will be out as a single in germany on january 8: http://www.mtv.de/videos/20915075-rain.html (after reloading the page you can vote again) thanx!

    yeah well for example i didn't know vlog is pronounced v-log, i thought it was vlog like blog. and i noticed that "pics" might come across as "pigs" when you hear it, damn, haha! anyone has a better suggestion for that line? yeah, that was the only way it fit to the original song/lyrics.

    damn! when i read the first part of that sentence, i was like "no problem!" - but the tweeting it to mika thing, um, no. which means i also wouldn't do a video, or i'd be scared that YOU'd tweet it to him! *decides to avoid getting drunk for a while, when having easy access to a camera & pc*
