lol, how cute, pink and fluffy! but does it have to be general rules for ocd? if him leaving the room of his geography studies was due to ocd, like he said (let's just assume he wasn't bored in that interview ), that's also just a one time event. besides the rituals you mentioned, i also imagine it to be like when sometimes before going on a holiday/weekend-trip i get quite scared and think "OMG i have the feeling that if i do this, something bad will happen to me!", in this moment i think it might be intuition and i shouldn't go - but i'm able to stop myself from such thoughts... and i think if someone has ocd, it might be the same, just that they can't stop themselves from thinking like this and therefore won't go. in fact, it HAS happened to me 1 or 2 times, that i didn't book a holiday in the first place because i had a bad feeling about it (not about the holiday itself, but sth like that the plane would crash, i.e. completely irrational)... just if i already booked the holiday, the (very realistic) fear of losing all the money is stronger than the (irrational) fear of a plane-/car-crash or sth like this.

well, he "cancelled" his geography studies on the first day because of OCD (anyway that's what he said in an interview), because he "thought" that if he's staying there, he'll never be successful in music. i thought that's also OCD, if you think you have to do sth (in a certain way) or not do sth, otherwise you believe something bad would happen, and without a logical connection between the two (although of course there is some logic about the studies, it surely was a better decision to study music ). um... did that make sense now? but of course i'm also not sure if he really has OCD or not, maybe that was just another boring interview.

i'll add another theory to the ones already existing. i'm not a psychologist, so not sure if it's possible, but could it have something to do with his OCD (obsessive-compulsive disorder)? from what i read about it, there's no rationality behind the decisions you make because of OCD, AND it probably wouldn't be something his management would communicate to the press, coz they'd write "mika is going mad" or something like this! and, this is totally off topic, but i just have to share it: there's just the most beautiful rainbow in front of my window! (i love living on the 8th floor, great view! )

what hotel are they staying at? and are they not going to the pacha? it'll probably take until next week for me to know for sure. i really WANT to go, just have to check with my friend because if she doesn't go, i'll also only stay one night (if that's possible with the flights) cause i don't wanna be there alone. and i have to find a cheap hotel if she's coming with me, because she asked her brother about the house, and it's not possible. so until everything is ready and booked etc, it'll take a few more days, and if i don't find a hotel & flight that's cheap enough, i can't go. i also really hope he won't cancel ibiza! obviously it's only him that evening, not a festival with many artists in one place, so the chances are good that he won't cancel, i think...

just booked my train ticket. i'll be around from the 18th to the 23rd, festival, sightseeing, a one-day-trip to pisa, and maybe a day on the beach. mmh, can't wait for the pizza, pasta and red wine, i LOVE italy!! i'll kill him if he cancels that one, too! hehe, robertina, i'm also wearing pink! it's more of a lollipop girl costume though, the skirt and shoes anyway, the top is just a normal one. jeyjen, thanx for your offer to help with the camping! do you think you could ask them per mail about the prices, whether they are per night, per person, per tent or whatever? if i was sure they spoke english i'd write them myself, but as the whole website is only in italian, i'm not sure. ioana could translate it (she can't mail herself due to pc problems), but it'd probably be easier if you could just ask them and then let us know? that would be perfect! and about the booking, i'm planning to stay in florence the whole time (18-23), but have to check with ioana, as we're going together. thanx!

i guess she means to get from the pacha to the airport. if i go, i would certainly also party at the pacha till the morning, so there you wouldn't be alone, if i'm going.

good idea with staying at the same hotel together, but if you have to book today, i can't decide it that fast, sorry. i'm also still talking with my friend about ibiza, she would go there for a holiday, not because of mika. but we've realized that double rooms are very expensive, obviously it's a lot cheaper to take 4-,5- or 6-bed-rooms... she now asked her brother whose best friend owns a house on ibiza, if we could stay there, then i wouldn't need a hotel... but that's all very unsure yet. i'll keep you updated, and if you find out a cheap hotel, please let me know. i think if i went there for just one night, i wouldn't even book a hotel, just party til the morning at the pacha, and then go straight to the airport.

i didn't like "this one" first either, but now i like it, as i've realized that he looks more my age there it's really amazing, sometimes he looks like he's 18, sometimes like he's 30... and i love both looks, i just start feeling guilty and like a knitting old woman when i see him look so young sometimes. i'd so love to go, but i'm still struggling with the prices... august in ibiza is sooo expensive! but if i go there, i don't only wanna stay 1 night, but about 4 or 5, and build in a nice beach holiday. how about you, if you go, how long are you planning to stay in ibiza? mirtilla, have you already booked a hotel? and did you buy a normal ticket or the combined after party ticket? oh and btw, the bar m is not the place where mika performed his first gig, that was at the original manumission party @ privilege club, if i remember correctly. bar m is in san antonio.

lol, never heard of that band before mika talked about them, but i just realized i have an autograph of one of them. i met alexander bard back in the days when he was in "army of lovers", i used to love that song "crucified"! wow, he really looks a LOT different now, wouldn't have recognized him, but i remember the name. BWO's lead singer is really cute, i agree to that! and it's amazing how 80s their music sounds, i like that, ahh, the good old times!
