I made this plate in April. I made a lot of mistakes, and there are smudges everywhere. But I still like it.

You don't have to be over 18, they just prefer it. I'm only 15 and they let me do it. And one of the other Chicago LG's was 17, so there's hope for anyone!

Oh! I was a LG in Chicago with Amanda! (i'm the other amanda). And it is not psychotic to save messages and numbers, I still listen to the first message I got just to remember all the crazy emotions that i felt those three days before the concert.

kinda OT, but have any of you ever read what on those cardboard Burger King crowns?! They are HILARIOUS! Actually, all the writing on Burger King things are hilarious! I never eat there, but when I do I always read the crowns.

Caz, this thread has brought me to tears. I know it's not the end, but all the wonderful things that have happened to me, it's just so much to be thankful for. I first heard Mika a year and a day ago. And I bought LiCM exactly one year ago today (At this time too!!!!) I've listened to it for countless hours, and it's changed me. I'm not nearly as shy as I used to be and I'm not afraid to be myself at all. And for that I am very thankful. I saw Mika for the first time front and center at the Metro in Chicago, and it was what I thought to be the last time I'd see him (My parents are sort of Anti-Mika ) I was wrong. My friend entered me into the Lollipop girl competion, and I won, and found out I was going to be at the concert two days before! I had the time of my life February 5th, and it's thanks to the great people I got to spend it with: Amanda, Christina, and Emily. You guys were so nice, it was so great to meet you!! And it was amazing becuase I got to go on stage, meet Mika, and I got an all access pass. This past year has been fantastic. Let's hope the next will be the same, if not better!

So I'm not the only one who's seen Jesus in the Mika dvd!? Yes! I thought i was going crazy for a while.

I was just wondering about some of these things today!! I knew Mika said he grew up a good catholic boy, but I wondered if he was still religious or spiritual. And I noticed a while back that in "Live in Cartoon Motion" during the "Long Way From Home segment, in Chapter 4, at 38:12 there is a picture of Jesus from the movie "Jesus of Nazareth". And it scares me every single time I see it!

Discovery Zone!!! I loved that place! I had my birthday party there when i was 6! Awhh. I miss it. If Mika ever came to Chicago, he should wander around and window shop down Michicgan Ave, then head to the Museum of Science and Industry, walk around for a bit, and at night go to a Chicago Symphony concert at Millenium Park. And of course splash around at the Face Fountain. He needs to spend time in Chicago, it's such a beautiful city.
