Just to throw another offer in there, for anyone really, I'm staying at the Travelodge in Sheffield after the gig then driving to the Venue in Manchester the next morning. Space for 3 bodies in my car (plus me) so if you need a ride let me know.

Anyone got tickets? I might go stalk him afterwards anyway.....

The only stadium gig I have ever been too was Michael Jackson at the old Wembley, I was two rows back in the standing section. Tha was however before I was ill and I couldn't even contemplate a stadium gig now

Smaller venue the better for me! Union Chapel is perfect, I tweeted Mika asking him to please do another gig there at some point!

Any Other World was the highlight in an absolutely amazing set for me, maybe because it's my fav song from LICM or because I haven't heard him sing it live for ages but I had shivers that had nothing to do with the temp!

Still laying in bed in hotel room so just a quick hi from my phone. Gig was simply out of this world. Sadly no pics, I was front row and didn't want anyone behind me having my camera in there shots. Kings Singers were the icing on the cake, Mika and their voices were perfect together and I was left speechless several times by the purity of the music. So amazed we got By the Time, really wasn't expecting it but it's so beautiful live. Froze half to death waiting for M&G (thanks to Lou for his coat!) and missed the last tube, then we got on the right bus going in the wrong direction! But it was worth it just to tell Mika how amazing it was and get a smile and a thank you in return. Will try and write a fuller report when I'm home tonight.

I cathatn honestly say that I'd never heard of the KS before I saw them added to the line up for Wednesday and if you'd described them too me I would have not been excited, having listened to them I'm stunned by their talent. I'm looking forwards to what I'm sure will not only be an amazing gig but something really unique!

I'm really shocked that it's not sold out but if it hadn't been for the MFC I'd have never heard about it and wouldn't have registered. By the time MS put a post up it was already to late to register. I'm really excited! Managed to get 18th and 19th off work (had to agree to work Sat and Sun tho) so I don't have to get a silly early train back!

Well my bus won't arrive until about 3pm so won't be around that early for sure.

I really shouldn't but I'll already be down there so it makes sense. Hoping I'll be able to get a ticket but can't buy one right now, if any MFCer has a spare and are willing to wait a few weeks for payment PM me.

Totally agree it depends on how he's feeling AND it is quite a small gig just saying that it might be wise IF the opurtunity arises to hand it over dooner rather than risk not giving it to him, but as Caz said there will be a way of getting it to him whatever happens. I've only been to 2 gigs that I am aware of him having comp winners around, one he did a very quick M&G afterwards, the other he didn't so I'm just being cautious this time, not expecting anything but pleased if something does work out! What kinda time are people thinking of arriving for this?

Yep it does, which is why I said despite the rules! ou can buy 20 T shirts on one account for your friends that give you the money and cliam they are all for personal use... Whatever you do there will ALWAYS be people that try to abuse it

The other problem is the whole "group entry" thing, which despite the rules or prcautions I think will still happen. People agree to give their codes to someone else for the guarentee they will be able to attend the privatye gig or M&G for example. I don't agree with gettin points for posting, even if it's Vids or pics because it isn't closely monitored enough. On MS I've seen some people repeatedly post the same smiley on comments and I've seen people posting MY PICS which really annoyed me! As for posts on here, we talk about alot of nonesense and very often wander off topic as it is so how do you decide if a post is points worthy? I like that there are more points been given away in contests, I think it's he only fair way to do it, maybe the contests should be linked to purchases; if you buy an album you get to enter a draw for point etc.

I agree that GK probably had the most commerical appeal so will do better...So are we decided?
