I won't make predictions of what Mika's second album will be like other than to say I am SURE it will be Original, Great & WE ALL will LOVE it!! Mika is so creative musically & artistically that I think it will be as original & even a Bigger Hit than LICM!! Mika - I hope you are having FUN creating this second endeavour of yours! I Can't Wait!

I suppose this question is to the moderators? Is there anyway of notifying All 9,812 members of the Mika Fan Club to vote in the Capitol Radio Awards? Isn't that what we are here for to Support Mika? I know quite a few of us surf this site & find out about these sites where our voting can make a Huge difference. But shouldn't WE All be supporting Every contest that Mika is nominated in?? I KNOW Mika's 2nd Album will be Brilliant!! And I can't wait to hear it but I am also Very Curious about the Title & the Art Work!! Mika is So Artistic that Everything about his new Album will be Very Exciting!! After the release we have his Concerts to look forward to that will support this New Musical, Artistic Endeavour!!!! It is Unfortunate that so many people want to 'speculate" Mika's sexual orientation - or any body's for that matter! It is No One's Business!! The subject gets bandied around as if one is talking about the weather or what to wear tonight. There are gay men and women being killed and murdered just for being gay in certain parts of the world - even today - which seems impossible but it is True! To use the "speculation" of someone's sexuality as gossip and a trivial chatter just doesn't seem right. I know it isn't going to stop but we should think before we use that subject as idle conversation. For me Mika is a kind, decent human being who is also Very Talented in so many different areas - music and art being two of those. I hope Mika is Enjoying this creative time that he is dedicating to his new album. Bravo Mika!

Right On Marilyn!! This is a journey & we have been Very Fortunate to have jumped on the Mika bandwagon right at the beginning!! Mika The RingMaster will NOT Disappoint!! I am going to Enjoy watching & listening to this young Talent grow & create Beautiful Music and Art!! LICM is an Amazing Start but that is what it is -- A Beginning! I can't even imagine what Mika will do in the future - But I Can't Wait!!

I don't think this - breaking into the U.S. market - is about Mika "caving" in as much as it is about a tune the U.S. radios will play off of Mika's next album. Who knows why or what determines which artists the U.S. radios decide to play or not play. The only reason I hope they will play Mika this next time out is so Mika will get more exposure & recognition for being the Musical Talent that he is. More importantly Mika has sold five million units of LICM throughout the world! That not only ensures that there will be a second album but that Mika has the freedom, money & selection of talented producers to create "his vision" for his next endeavour. I can't wait for Mika's 2nd album! I hope Mika is having Fun creating it! I just know it will be Better than LICM which I Love! Also with the success of LICM I think we will be seeing Mika get more money from the record company to produce Really Artisitc Sets etc. Mika's journey has Truly just begun!!

I have watched many youtube vids of Mika being interviewed where he talks about his being shy. Don't confuse his onstage personna with his real personallity. Many Musicians & Actors are shy people. More importantly Mika is a Good, Caring person, besides being Very Talented, from the many vids and personal accounts from people that have interacted with him. For those who have watched him over the last fourteen months Mika has Not let it go to his head. I just have to add that I cannot wait for Mika's 2nd album. I am sure it will be BRILLIANT!! Have Fun creating it Mika!

Hi Mamacatt! Yes I live in the land of Gordon Lightfoot! Gordon just gave an Excellent concert here last year. It was Great to see him after all of his health issues during the last couple of years. I can't wait for Mika's 2nd album!

It goes without saying that Mika's 2 Album will be Great!! Mika is just starting his recording career. I am a little surprised a couple of Mika Fans here are thinking he might not be able to top LICM!! Here of All places - That Does NOT make Any sense to me!! I could list a lot of reasosn why his second endeavour will be better but I shouldn't have to here Mika Fan Club!! Have Fun Mika!!

Zoots14: Well, despite my own free will I've been drawn back to this thread over the last 24 hours like a car accident on the side of the highway... First, I want to say how happy I am for Mika & the band that they've passed this milestone, nicely tied in with a Brit award in the same week, and can now take a break and then move on to new things. Congratulations to them! I also think an after-party with champagne was a lovely and generous sentiment, so even though I was not there - I'm sending a thank you to them for being so gracious to their fans. Having read most of this thread, I feel badly for those who were upset about how things went at the after party, I'm disappointed in those who behaved so poorly and monopolized Mika, and I'm thrilled for those of you who had some special moments... like Saraflor and the t-shirt! I am SO excited about that. As sweet as the gesture of a party was, it didn't go as well as it could have - obviously. Well, we all live and learn... things happen... and perhaps this will spur Team Mika to make accommodations for just what a big star Mika is becoming, and account for the fact that a small portion of fans will inevitably be obnoxious... sad but true. In particular, maybe it's time they added a professional event planner to the team? I hardly think this means he'll have to miss out on future events with his fans... it just means it has to be planned better. From his reaction in the video it looks like he DID expect it to be planned better... time for the people around him to step up and figure out how to do this. Yes, it's disappointing the way people acted, particularly since it was meant as such a generous gesture, a celebration, and simply got out of hand and/or was not properly planned and handled. It's unfortunate, but hey... it's a learning experience, and next time John / Mika / everyone else will have a better idea of how to do this. Anyway... thanks for everything Mika! Congratulations on wrapping up the tour! Thank you Zoots14 for saying what I have felt for the last couple of days! I don't think I could have written my thoughts any better than what you say here. I am So Happy for Everything Mika has achieved over this last fourteen to sixteen months.

What can I say other than I DON'T Agree!! I read All of the reviews from the North American Tour & there were NONE even close to anything like this Times review! To each his own but I think he is WRONG!!

Britain gets 200 to 300 earthquakes per year usually under 2.0. Light ones like this 4.7 once every two years. There are no reports of damage & or injuries so far.
