    It was rather an odd dream that Mika appeared in for me last night. I was coming home from town and when I opened my front door I noticed I had some mail and just as I was about to pick it up from the mat, Mika gave me a shock when he said "read my letter first!", I was quite surprised to find Mika in my house! He was wearing the yellow/green suit for The Voice too. We sat on the sofa together and Mika was like an excited school boy watching me open his letter, he was so happy! His letter to me was 4 pages long and mostly about the meanings behind the songs on QTTFT, he'd done a few doodles and drawings to represent the songs too. The last page of the letter was about why he liked me and he wanted to be my friend (Awww ), he complimented me on my singing too (yet I didn't sing in the dream). At the end of the letter it said "I have something to give you", there wasn't anything attached to the letter but Mika said his gift was in his pocket. He gave me two tickets, but they didn't really have anything on them. He explained that these tickets could be used for any of his future UK gigs! I thanked him for the tickets and hugged him. Mika then said he didn't really like the pajamas I had on, he was confused as to why I was wearing Christmas pajamas when it wasn't Christmas... Yeah I was confused as to why I was wearing pajamas in the first place, and how exactly did Mika get into my home?... 🤔 I guess I'll have to get back into this dream to find out more! 😆

    Oh I know that, stopped watching it years ago when the novelty had well and truly worn off. The so called "celebrities" tend to do it for their own promotional needs rather than anything meaningful. Much the same with any celeb reality show... (Bake Off being the exception of course!).

    My Mum saw Mika's video and questioned whether he's training for 'Dancing on Ice'! 😆 It's a show just like you described, ice skating for celebrities! But I'm not sure if there's anything like it outside the UK, is there??

    I'd much rather have the book version anyway, the illustrations are beautiful! Even though I'm an avid collector I'm not too bothered by this promo CD, I'm sure there's someone out there who will appreciate it though, even if the price is a bit over the top!

    You're right, Harry does resemble Carl from Up! Now all we need is a young boy and a talking dog on The Piano and we've got the story for 'Up 2' I love that movie, I want to watch it again now!

    I wouldn't mind watching Big Fish again, I remember watching it when I was younger (probably too young) and finding it quite sad, but now I think I'd appreciate the story more. Watched Big Fish today, still found it quite sad, but now as an adult I can at least understand some of the meanings within the story now. I don't think I could bring myself to watch it again though, seeing it now is enough for me. I can understand why Mika would like it though, I imagine some elements might have inspired his song writing (Lady Jane comes to mind), and Mika himself is guilty of exaggerating the truth now and then!

    Just got round to listening to Gabriel's rendition of OMS, and I don't often say this about other people singing Mika covers but MY WORD THAT WAS STUNNING! That boy sure can sing! It will be interesting to see how far he goes in the competition! I will always prefer Mika's version (obviously) but Gabriel really added something else to that!

    Thank you so much! Love the pictures of Mika from that interview! It was beginning to drive me mad not being able to find that magazine! 😅 Turns out the CD is the audio of the magazine to help people learn English!

    I am looking for something and the info I have to go on is a little vague so I apologise if it's not enough to go on! 😅 I came across a magazine around 2 years ago now (it was on ebay so I suspect the magazine is older) that featured Mika, I think it was an Italian magazine. It came with a CD and I can't remember if the either the magazine was called Speak Up or if that was the name of the CD it came with. That's all the information I have! I'd love to know what was in the magazine about Mika and also if Mika was featured on that CD. Hoping someone here actually has it and is able to tell me! Thanks!

    Out of your musical experiences this is definitely one I'm most jealous of! Wow, just wow! Thanks for sharing! I started getting more of an interest into musical theatre around 6 months ago, I'd like to at least see something this year, both me and my Mum want to see Wicked too! Phantom of the Opera is my current favourite.
