Okay, guys and girls, as most of you know, the project is closed off to new joiners, and I have everyone’s lines divvied up. I have decided to start a completely new thread for this, so as to keep everything neat and organized. Below, by your username, you will find your line. I figured that it would be much easier, not to mention faster, to post them all here instead of PM each individual member. I do realize that some lines are shorter than others, and I’m very sorry, but in order to be fair, I placed everyone’s usernames into a randomizer, typed them out in the random order that they were mixed in, and then distributed each line. It is VERY important that everyone signed up takes part in this, and if for some reason you can no longer take part, please let me know so that I can substitute your name for someone else on the waiting list. If you would like to take part and are not already signed up, please tell me and I will add your username to the waiting list. There is no guarantee that you will get in, but at least that way, if someone backs out you will have a chance to be added in. Please read the original rules here: Official Rules elanorelle has kindly volunteered to supply us with music, and I will send a copy of the song to each of you through PM sometime within the next few days, so that you will know the speed/pitch to sing. The song is a compilation of both harabel and Finkster's ideas. violet_sky will be putting together the artwork/booklet for the CD, and avoca will be delivering it in December. What To Do 1) Record yourself singing your line using a microphone (if you do not have a microphone, you may video yourself singing it---I do not have to see you, I just need your voice---and I will extract the audio). It is best if you play the song through your headphones or very faintly in the background while singing so that you will have the speed/pitch down right. 2) Save the file as, preferably, a .wav or .mp3 file. 3) Email it to me at mikachristmas@gmail.com IF YOU WANT you may also record a VERY short message (by short, I mean no more than about 5 seconds), giving your name/username, where you are from/Merry Christmas wish/whatever. This will be mixed in after the song itself as a sort of introduction of each singing member. If you do not want to record a message, that’s okay. A time-fitting message would be something like: Hi, I’m *first name*, *username* from the MFC, from *country* and I want to wish you a Merry Christmas! Say whatever you want within reason, but just keep it short and to the point. Your lines are located below. English is not my mother tongue, so I did some research regarding this song. The bad news is I found like four versions of it (including Mickey Mouse's and Shrek's ), so it would be great if someone could send the song we are supposed to sing. OOHHH! I'M SOOO EXCITED!
