I was a wonderful night and I would totally recommend taking your children to a gig if they love Mika. Alice will remember last night forever.

Thank you for a wonderful report!:thumb_yello:

It must have been a great experince for you little daughter to see Mika live.

Has she got any favourite of his songs?:wub2:

But how about the pushing and crowding, weren't you worried?

And yes, it's a big difference between Mika on stage and the sweet guy you meet eye to eye and have a conversation with!:blush-anim-cl:

Trying to recap all the earlier reports here:

Are you waiting for me?

What a night!

For such a small space, it was electric, even had an inflatable big girl on stage.

He was fantastic, as usual, and the whole place was bouncing.

Mark (HJ) got one of Cherisses drumsticks, which is signed by the way.

We are now waiting for him to come out, which might be a while according to his mum, who Bexx spoke to inside.

Our Mark who is the original HJ,Big Girls husband is who is here tonight.

We've just had the signing and Andy, sorry Betty, was stalking me again,LOL!

Mika was very nice, as usual, seems to be under the impression that I've been halfway round the world when I've only been to Munich!

RAK1 - Your up-to-the-minute- reporting is fab! :thumb_yello:

Okay this is gonna be a short version (But I know how much you like reports before you can go to bed)

Sorry in advance for any typos.... I really can't feel my fingers.

Met pretty much all or at least most of the MFCers in the queue. Got there at 1:45 and there were already about 10 in the queue!!!! :o so we queued form then until 7.30.... It was soooo cold!!!

We were told that they were gona do the queue jumper rule like last time (that we all missed out on and got very angry about) where you buy a drink fromt he bar and get to jump the queue..... Me, BG and HJ queued at the bar for a few hours waiting for it to open only to be told that they aren't doing that system safterall (AFTER BEING TOLD THEY WERE BY ABOUT 8 DIFF PEOPLE EARLIER!!!)

Luckily my mom was still in the original queue so I managed to rejoin her...the others didn't though :S

Anyway we got in eventually and ran to the front. I managed front row, just in front of Martin....Then it was the usual waiting and Palladium etc. theeeen Mika came on and was amazing. He really seemed to be genuinely having the time of his life up there (even more than usual!!)

One poiint he climbed on the barrier directly in front of me and I put my hand out...naturally. Which ended up going up his T-shirt (I honestly didn't mean it to!) So I had Mika stomach sweat all over me hahaha.Got hit in the head several times by balloons during lollipop (thanks Martin and Sara-whats-her-name) Loved the Relax encore bit...although my voice has officially gone now after singing so much to it!

We were prepeared to wait for hours to meet him (I wanted my pic with him from last tiome signed!) so me and mom went to McDonalds for food and a drink (The official post-mika gig place?) and stayed there for about 20mins...went back tot he Academy to find people queuing and being let back inside 3 at a time to meet him!!! Good thing we didn't spend longer in Mc D's!!!

No posed photos but he signed for everyone. He said "I remember you!! This was taken here last time wasn't it!?" So not only did he remember me, he remembered where!

Got a taxi home - The end..

Sorry that was rushed and not in detail but my mind is mush at the moment...

OMG. Mika sweat...I will just keep my thoughts to myself this time. :mf_lustslow:

It was amazing, guys! I think Mika really enjoyed it as well - there was a lot of audience interaction, but I haven't read many of the other gig reviews, so maybe this one wasn't that special. Regardless, it was great! Cynthia and I got to meet him afterwards, along with nikjass and a girl who came from Japan. He was really nice! We also met a lot of the MFC members (Bexxy, Kathy, Rak1, Jennie, one of the Holy Johnny's, tia and more.

At one point he sorta conducted a little piece (I think it was SITM), with the audience saying something, then directing the band members to do different things. He honestly looked like he was having a good time, so that was the most amazing feeling.

We were also in the front row (apparently getting pushed a lot comes with the spot) so there were plenty of nice close ups. His wonderful singing ability never ceases to amaze me. We're going again tomorrow and to Doncaster, so I'm looking forward to those!

Sorry for the short review. I'm finding it hard to describe in words how much fun I had. If I think of something, I'll add it. I took lots of pictures too, but I didn't bring a USB cord, so those will have to wait until Monday night (US time).

That's amazing you and Cynthia were there! Woot! :punk:

Hey folks my report would be almost the same as morriina's so.. i though why bother. Anyway, really gla to meet him after... happy that he remembers me..and that he signed on the t-shirt i made that he loves the where's mika poster i gave him in hong kong and that it's now in his flat!:blush-anim-cl: Really glad to meet everyone.. didn't have the chance to say good bye properly... but i guess there will be a next time... i was sooo high after seeing mika that i didn't realsie that everyone has dispersed.. right, that's all i guess.. it was great!!!:thumb_yello:

Wow! You were there too?! That's awesome!

I would say about 40-50 and he signed for everyone!

Thanks, seems like it's getting more and more. I wonder for how long they can keep this dilly and generous gesture up... :boxed:

Oh well, it's Mika, so maybe it will work for another while ... hopefully :original:

I still find it weird that on stage he's a confident, strutting, sex-god and when you meet him afterwards he's so sweet and gentle!

Absolutely. I'm so in awe about how he manages to just do the right thing at the right time...

I loved to read your story about Alice (Alice? :original:) and Mika's reaction to her bad luck with the balloon....

Great to read that she had such a fantastic time!

Haha, sometimes I really wish I were a four year old, I could just wrap myself around his leg (due to body height of an average four year old) without even being looked at funny... hahah :lmfao:

 Have no fear, Mika, I won't touch your hair!:thumbdown:

No, you haven't :roftl: You're just the nicest one here who gives everyone the benefit of the doubt....if we could all just be more like you, Robi :biggrin2:

Hi there.

Alice loves Grace Kelly and very little girl's favourite Lollipop the most.

Yes, I was worried about the pushing and crowding, but I was amazed by how considerate most people were. There was another tiny girl next to her in the front row and I stood behind them both to protect them, but nobody pushed!

I'm going to attempt to post my favourite photo of the night, which probably isn't what you want to see, but I want to show off!:naughty:

.........then if it works, I promise to post some of the gig.

Sorry if it comes out huge, it's all I can do!

Loving the pictures Mika Mad!

My shortish review:

I arrived at 2.30 and was shocked to see a queue forming already! So naturally I quickly joined it! I meet 2 lovely American girls (I'm hopeless with names!) and then met Bexxy and co!

Mika Mad pushed in :P (you know I'm joking!)

I meet my friend Donna, she's not a MFCer but I'm working on it!

I loved Palladium once again great warm up waiting for Mika!

Managed to get to the front just off centre, lost all the rest of the guys somehow tho! :(

Fantastic performance by Mika, who would expect anything less. The only thing that ruined it slighty were the girls next to me who kept trying to grab at him while he was singing and shouted things such as "I want your Babies"

Liked the way they did the signing afterwards but was slightly worried that John was going to say "that's enough" before I got in there! He didn't tho, thank goodness!

I got my piano braces signed. Mika recognised me and asked how I was doing, said I didn't look as cold today (I'd put my hoodie over my costume.)

And asked if Holy Johnny was here, I gave him Marc's apologies and told him we'd both be there on Saturday. to which he said "Great, look forwards to seeing you and we'll have Holy Johnny on stage again!" Phoned Marc, he seemed pleased! :)

I'm now getting ready for Doncaster, was very pleased to see my tickets had arrived when I got home!
