Wendi Posted January 2, 2008 Share Posted January 2, 2008 That is not a problem Wendy - send them round and I will show them how to tidy a room, i am very good at it, but I have had an extra bed in my room since Christmas for my brother as his room was being used for guests so that was not fun, and it has just been shifted out today so I can finally have a normal bedroom again! So at some point will have no electricity either - but thats cool as I have a log-burning stove, and cast iron pots - so soup toast beans etc all quite easy to make. I wear my wellies, and when I go out for coal I have to dig my way to the coal-shed. Last year the girls made an igloo with the snow as it was so deep!!! I went to visit my brother over the holidays and was not able to check the forums while I was away. Now, the kids are all back at school and there is a huge load of laundry waiting for me. All this housework is depressing but needs to get done or it will drive me crazy when the house fills back up with the kids later. I just wanted to say hi to everyone and wish you a happy new year!
