A hot drink and a coal fire, with a lovely snowy view out the window......................... lovely!!! I had to catch up on what I had missed last night...I just LOVE MM's poster! I think it is hilarious that she has it in her living room..makes my little framed Mika picture look very subduded in comparioson! I won't mention my 'Mika shrine' as Dave calls it, in the bedroom...must get round to posting a pic sometime. Speaking of which..doing technical things..I need to get some stuff downloaded to the laptop..I took it to Turnberry last night and had NO Mika music on it..I had forgotten that I hadn't put any on the new laptop..durr! Vicky..which hotel have you booked into? Charlie..glad you aren't offended by the pic! Just seemed like a good idea at the time! Thanks for your company by text today Wendi! I hope you are not snowed in for too long. We finally got our 'light dusting' as you predicted! Thank you for blowing it over! As Wendi said, Robi is in bed with a bad back..poor Robi. What a top that is, much much better than here. And I watched it daily on tv too. And on new year's eve, great footage of Deep Purple! Ah good to hear that you enjoyed the Top 2000! I'm a loyal Radio 2 listener since 2003. I got sick of all the hyperactive DJ's in the morning while driving to work so I searched for a 'quiet' station and then I found out that they play a lot of 70's/80's stuff. So now I'm hooked. Had to pick up something on the west side of Amsterdam tonight. It started snowing when I approached the city but not that much. And it was wet snow. Where I live it's only drizzling.
