I can't see an earring in this pic He always wears contacts but sometimes glasses like after gigs. From F&Q: Does Mika wear glasses or contacts? Yes, Mika usually wears contacts, but you can sometimes also spot him wearing stylish prescription glasses, especially before and after shows. I don't know if they care about it that much anywhere other than Texas, which is conservative beyond belief. If anyone left Austin with a right earring, they might just get shot.
