Wendi Posted March 3, 2008 Share Posted March 3, 2008 I just got out my bed to check for news - lots of posting, but no news yet For me the fanclub becoming Official is about having spent a year showing Mika the dedication and love for him and his music, and so we can get first hand information about any cancelled or doubtful tour dates/festivals. Also information about any future possible tours, so we know what is going on. Any perks we receive are a big bonus - and will need to be fair on those who are here regularly - with more than half the members having posted 1 post or less!! WE know why you started the petition...for all the reasons that you have just reiterated. It wasn't anything about perks, invitations etc...although no one is denying those would be a huge bonus. Quite. Being self employed (or about to be) and in a postition that I have to book jobs up well in advance and for six weeks at a time I am finding it very difficult. I have just clicked on it myself ( for nostalgic reasons you understand! ) but the forum is really playing up for me at the mo so it wouldn't open...I think it was probably trying to tell me to get on with my housework! . I would never get anything done if I started reading that again! I have to admit I got some very strange looks form my hubby that night..I think we all did, as we were having hysterics!
