Yes - he had an awesome time - the first robbery kinda threw

him - but that was day 5, and he soon got over it!!

He also has the sunburn as a reminder :wink2:

Oh good I am glad that he enjoyed it..apart from the two robberies:shocked: Poor thing. I hope that in the long term the bad things will fade and he will remember the good bits.:thumb_yello:

Hiya Blue! Good to see you!!!:thumb_yello:

Charlotte: Hope you got my PM. So glad you're not suffering from pcd! I assume you mean post concert depression. I didn't get it this time around -- I think that seeing Mika twice felt so good that it's going to carry me through for a while. And, I have to give more attention to other things because I am beginning to drive my family crazy!

I'm looking forward to reading your full account on MySpace. I set up an account for myself last summer, but I have yet to use it. My children think it's on the verge of scandalous for me to even have a MySpace!

We old people today are just not acting our age!!LOL

Best wishes...

Joanne

Wonder who the cutie with Mika is - he does not seem happy

to see the photographers!! :naughty:

Don't blame him. He gets enough cameras stuck in his face...he should be entitled to walk down the street.........but we all know that isn't reality is it, poor Mika

Hi Kath, thanks for the cooment on my grown up pic! I changed it from the other day because someone called me feisty re the other one. Was trying to do sexy, but I can never seem to do that without looking angry! It must be the frown lines.

Hi Oldlings! Haven't read back yet, will try to catch up later. I just wanted to say that on telly last night I saw some of that documentary a lot of you were commenting about ages ago about the super morbidly obese lady who had the gastric bypass surgery but who unfortunately died about two weeks later. It was a bit hard to watch some of it, like the actual surgery (can't believe me, who used to be a nurse, was squirming and hubby was fine!) but a whole bunch of things struck me from this show. Firstly, someone commented that there were approx 2 million super morbidly obese people in the U.S. and that the health care system needed to work out how to treat them. That just blew me away. The sheer vastness of the issue. Secondly, how brave this lady was to allow all the footage of her surgery to be used. Thirdly, it made me feel better about my weight. I know I have a lot (to me) to lose, but at least I'm still of a size where I can tackle the problem myself and don't need a team of people to cut me out of my house. I guess it gave me a different perspective. And fourthly, we share the same name. It was hard to hear my name on T.V. and not think "What if?....." Actually, I should probably have posted this in Jemma's Big Girl thread (which I've been avoiding cos I haven't been a good girl lately), but since a lot of you are on that one as well and I feel like you'll still get what I'm talking about, I put it here.

I have to scoot for now, but hope to be back on later. Sweet dreams all.

Hi and Bye chick, yes it strikes a chord doesn't it re: that documentary. Poor woman.

Hiya silver, I'm still way behind with the reviews on the US leg of the tour. I currently have 436 unopened e-mails in my inbox that are frightening me! Where do I start!

LOL!! All I really see when I look at that picture is that coat that I got pulled up into in Glasgow. I have a special bond with that coat. LMAO. But, look at body language....it's probably a friend. He's walking ahead of her.
