And is he ok now? He had four surgeries for the same thing, but that's because he was too stubborn to go to a surgery on time. It got complicated and he had sepsis after one of the surgeries. He survived and he is OK now, but his fistulae is opened and it's leaking so it has to be covered and super clean all the time. And since it's such a position there's always a fight with bacterias.
