Not really surprisingly, I didn't get a ticket either. :emot-sad:

However, I'm glad that I already got the cancellation this afternoon and didn't have to wait until tomorrow. :original:

At least my Friday won't be so stressful in that case. :original:

Gala repeating after Le Parisien:

ENGLISH:

To compensate for its absence, the production therefore had to make some small adjustments, as revealed by Le Parisien. "The final will be partly recorded," TF1 told Parisian. Concretely, the performances of the evening will therefore be recorded, but under live conditions. There should therefore not have a second chance if one of the candidates makes a mistake or finds his performance not good enough. The rest of the show should be live, including Nikos Aliagas who will indeed be on stage live. For his part, Mika will be in duplex from his dressing room, once he has finished his concert, to follow the show and discover the big winner, like the public, the other coaches and the candidates.

I thought the same. :lmfao:

How nice it would be if Mika was connected to The Voice from his loge and we were screaming in the background. :wub2:

It's not very probable - but if Terence James wins this background made of fans would remind an atomic bomb explosion :roll1:

Speaking of Terence. I was watching his Insta Live yesterday. Someone asked him what advice Mika gave him was the most important.

Mika told him that emotion goes above vocal skills. If you are able to provoke emotion you are the winner.

Kendji Girac

Spoiler

Kendji Girac

He gave us an appointment by phone, barely two hours before going on stage in Bordeaux. Accessible, friendly and kind, Kendji Girac appeals to everyone: the public as well as journalists. Gypsy claimed, the young singer of 25 years released, this year, a new album in which he defends once again his origins, and collaborates with many artists like Gims, Dadju, Soolking or Slimane. Before his arrival on the stage of Nikaïa on October 31, he confides on his success, his return on stage and his love for the French Riviera.

You are about to take the stage. How do you feel ?

I drink tea, I take possession of the place. I warm up very slowly for tonight. There, the audience begins to enter and the butterflies begin to enter the stomach.

How does it feel to find the audience for this tour after these long months without a stage?

It is going very well. I am really happy. We needed these concerts. Before touring the Zéniths, I did a few festivals that allowed me to warm up and meet the public for the first time, and frankly, I can tell you that the public is very hot and that they have want to have fun.

You are going to stop in Nice. This is not the first time, how do you explain this loyalty?

When I play in Nice, I am very happy. This region, I love it. I feel good. I come often, even on vacation. When I start a tour, my teams know I have to go through my favorite cities. Nice is pretty, the audience is beautiful, it smells good, ilyalamer.Ilyatout! I even shot a music video there.

This is your fourth album. Many artists are not fortunate enough to make it that far. How did you welcome the arrival of this new project?

I knew that in advance. I had signed three albums when The Voice came out, then two more. So I knew it. The question is always the reception of the public. Was he going to be there? Honestly Yes. I have had proof, during and after the Covid, that I have a very present audience for me. And I thank him from the bottom of my heart. This is my luck: to always have the audience following me from the start. And I hope he will continue.

The start-ups leave little room for doubt ...

It's true. But you must always remain humble, and not be too sure of yourself. I mean, I'm not that kind of boy. But it is true that close to

“Sales on the fourth album are huge.

How do you choose songs for your albums?

We often go to the studio when we release an album. Then we choose the ones that we like and that most appeal to us. The texts are of course important. I like the music on its own, but the lyrics tell a story. A story in rhythm.

At your hearing, only one juror turned around: Mika. But you are probably the candidate who has built the most successful career. Is Mika the only good juror?

No, I do not think so. I was not the style of the others that night. Mika has a fairly sharp ear.

I have coached the talents with him before. He has very fine and different points of view. And he is often right. When I coach with him, I still learn things. Him, he goes further, more in detail.

When you type your name into a search engine, it's mostly gossip that comes out. How do you feel about this public interest in your privacy?

As I say so little about it, I imagine it interests them all the more. I try to avoid talking about my privacy because I want it to be kept private.

Beside my life as an artist, I like to have a normal life and go shopping at Auchan. It's possible because I protect her. But I don't mind the public looking into it. It's kind of part of the game.

Kendji Girac in concert. Sunday, October 31, at 5 p.m. Palais Nikaïa in Nice. Prices from 36 to 63 euros.
