artstudio54
The Great Danny Elfman! I told MIKA that I have not heard anything this new since the Great Danny Elfman --must have made an impression. Most people never even heard of the guy (but I bet you know his music if you have gone to any movies in the past twenty years.) Danny Elfman can also be found as the lead in group called Oingo Boingo, formerly of the United States Air Force. Thats right, Danny Elfman was protecting us from the Commies before he and his friends started Oingo Boingo in the early 1980's ____ Thomas Dolby ! Another artist that will show everyone just how far out of the loop I am. _____ Lily Allen ! I think I love her. Its different this time... this one is Special. well... thats enough outa me. Feel free to rattle my cage if you want to hear more. Hasta Entonces, -Marcos de Ninguna Parte p.s. I am done working today. I did less than nothing, and it was everything I thought it could be. p.p.s. This is a good looking forum. RAK1
OOH this is a good question. Other artists I like are; JC Chasez, very underrated, in the shadow of Justin Timberlake (check out his CD Schizophrenic from two years ago, very eclectic.) Scissor Sisters, just love Babydaddy. The Flaming Lips, Wayne Coyne IS a genius. The Killers, Ronnie Vennuci greatest drummer on the planet. The Guillimots, love the way they make a big sound with just a few people. Kaiser Chiefs, great sing along mini anthems. KT Tunstall, she is simply brilliant. Basement Jaxx, best dance act ever. Groove Armada. Supergrass. Prince. And of course Queen, who gave us the most beautiful song ever, '39, on A Night At The Opera.
