thanx for the video and for the translations! the stuff he says in german (german and austrian are more or less the same, just a different accent and a few different words - you could compare it to BE and AE i think... ) is the lyrics of that "rauschendes bächlein" song. "rauschendes bächlein so silbern und hell" (iirc). i love this documentary, even if i had to read the translations first to understand what he's saying. love seeing all those stage things for the new show, WOW!! and, um, that blue princess dress... - THIEF!! ok, i don't mind at all, hehe. but seriously, a royal blue princess dress with planets on it? on the one hand i'm thinking i must be mad to believe that MY costume inspired him for a stage outfit (wonder who will wear it, probably imma?), but on the other hand it would be a very strange coincidence... can't wait to see what that dress looks like on stage!

yeah, it's the violence that worries me a bit...i like the movie from seeing the trailers, and also that kind of over the top humour and explicit language, that's fine for me. but i don't like to see lots of blood - if lots of people get killed, ok, as long as it doesn't look too realistic and i don't get to see any details. :rolls_eyes: from what i heard though, it does, and that's what worries me a bit... maybe someone who has seen the movie can tell me at which points i should rather close my eyes if i don't want to see lots of blood?

would love to see that make-up closer... i wonder if it's a superhero-mask-makeup? since they said on that dutch tv show that mika's shows will be superhero-themed... i only can see for sure that imma is wearing a special make-up, but it looks like martin has something around his eyes too... or maybe that's just a shadow?

there is a list somewhere on this thread with the missing characters... no idea where though. you can always be a playing card or a flower, there are more than one of those in "alice". and i'm sure leator would kiss your feet if you came as the caterpillar so he wouldn't have to do it! sasje might not be so happy bout that though. oh, and i think no one mentioned mushrooms and cookies yet, those are important in the movie as well, aren't they? at least in the disney version. though, when i think of the words mushrooms, cookies and amsterdam at the same time, hmm, that might end up more wonderland-ish than it should, LOL! fab that we have tweedledee+tweeledum now too!

funny how the news are different in different countries... on on the german news we got for a) that it won't affect the southern part of germany (only until frankfurt) - whereas on those pix it'll even affect italy! and for b) it said in our news that they're not coming, and neither some others, that's why the birthday celebration will be smaller than planned ... but maybe they've changed their minds meanwhile and decided to take the train, who knows. sorry for those who were so looking forward to tomorrow. really hope all of you can make it on may 11th too! and wonka, you're going to spain too, aren't you? i'm sure mika'll make it there, he has the whole friday+saturday now to go by bus.

yeah i noticed that too, he looks much younger than 2 weeks ago - did he get some facial treatments last week?! or maybe it's really just his happiness radiating from his face. maybe he spent a few days with someone special in london... or he's indeed so happy bout the new show, if that's it then i also can't wait to see it! what format is it? if you have windows, you can try loading it in windows movie maker and converting it to wmv there (save on pc, optimal quality for own pc - those are the easiest settings) - might not work though if it's an apple quicktime file. but that would reduce the size so you can upload it on youtube (or sendspace) without problems.

that it's still uploading, i guess? abby, if it failed on youtube, maybe you can try on sendspace? thanx guys for your efforts, can't wait to see the vid!
