    oh god, now this has to be my favourite video of mika's performance in hanover, by mikasuperfan: - it's love today with all of us jumping, and him cracking up at 2:58 because i was so out of breath from jumping/singing, AND it includes the full and non-shaky version of our snow fight! it was filmed by mikasuperfan's dad, unlike us he was able to keep a steady hand while filming love today. mikasuperfan has added some more videos to youtube, will add them to the first post here.

    ok i give up about amsterdam, but instead looking for a GA standing ticket for paris on april 26th. preferably including a magic number.

    NOT whoot at all! i was waiting all the time whether there'd be a 2nd date on april 27, my birthday, but as we heard nothing, i thought there wouldn't be... and now that there is, the first show's sold out! of course i want to go to both shows if i'm going, it's much more worth to travel for 2 shows than just for 1. :rolls_eyes: so, here we go again: does anyone have a spare standing ticket for me for this show? it IS standing/GA in front of the stage, right? what category is that on the ticket websites? preferably a ticket that includes a magic number. damn, i should've followed my first instinct when the tickets came out and bought one, just in case!

    600 ppl! and they all enjoyed his performance! no wonder mika was amazed, that's certainly a difference to the 100-200ppl gigs with only 2 rows of MFCers he's been doing recently. we gave our best in hanover, but 9 fans can't replace a whole crowd, no matter how hard they try. the tour next year will be such a difference to those mini gigs... but still just as fab i'm sure, in its own way. ah good, so i guess he spoke english then, and we'll be able to understand him.

    i wouldn't say that... it might seem vain, but it boosts your ego to have a cool model-type interested in you. and it doesn't necessarily mean he ONLY goes for those or that he'd ever want to have a serious relationship with such superficial people. if you don't want to get attached to anyone (which might well be the case if you focus on your career at a certain point in your life), it's easier to leave the feelings out of this thing if the other person isn't at all the type of character you'd go for.

    don't worry, it took me a few hours to realize that as well. but i've also thought, he did sometimes say that he was chubby as a child, and the first pic we have of him was when he was 11 - so who knows, maybe he in fact was a "big boy" at the age of 8 or so, and still is worried that he might get back there, because he was bullied about it. but then, if he went on twitter and said "look at me, i'm the most handsome guy on this planet!", we wouldn't like it either, although that's exactly what we're thinking... so it just seems more likely to me that he does that on purpose to make us go "aww, no, mika, of course we'd still love you if you were fat!" apart from that, i'm sure he has his good and bad days like everyone else.

    it's a question not of what he looks like but of who he wants to get laid by... if he only goes for the perfect-body-model type for that, he can't afford love handles either. apart from that, i think the whole thing was just a joke, fooling around without thinking much. i'm sure he does love his mum, although she has love handles, and he obviously doesn't care about getting love handles from eating sponge cakes or drinking beer, which both have at least the same amount of calories as fries. so all i conclude from that tweet is that he doesn't like fries. ... or maybe he does, isn't the "chips" in fish&chips something similar? and didn't he want to eat that in blackpool? ok, so probably the only reason for that tweet was to give us sth to wonder & talk about while he's on holiday!

    we already discussed this on twitter, and i came to the conclusion that by his equation he must've meant "fries = no chicken"

    wonder whether M just remembered that certain tweet coz it offended him, or whether he actually checks people's profiles, oh damn! i wouldn't like the latter! i was sure he was getting enough @mikasounds messages, so he wouldn't have to read ppls profiles!

    was there an interview too? if yes, what did he say? i'd need a translation for that anyway, so i wouldn't mind getting a translation without the video, if the video is such a problem... i really would love to see that bit though where charles sings to mika.
